I got a call that afternoon that they had located the case and I could come pick it up in New Bedford. The staff was friendly, professional and demonstrated excellent communication. Paid an additional 40 to switch my boat from Sat 11:15am to Friday at 7:45pm. Customer service was rude and condescending both times I spoke to them and were not willing to refund the $40 change fee but said they wouldn't charge a new one to switch my boat back to Saturday as if I had a choice! Arrived at the dock at 9am Saturday and they will not allow you to store your bags on the luggage racks like Steamship does. Will not ride with Seastreak again. More money and less enjoyable, will ride with steamship from now on.
