Antonio is very professional, honest, helpful, and has been installing granite since he was a young child learning his craft from his father. His prices are reasonable and well worth it. I choose the modern look of the River White Granite with squared thick edges and a stainless steel sink to go with my white cabinets. Once I have time to install my subway tile backsplash I will add some pictures. As a few tips: 1. If you choose a lighter color, ask for a few coats of the sealant. My stone was very porous and stained easily. Either way, buy some sealant so you can reseal once a year. 2. Be sure you select your exact stone as each one is very unique and can vary greatly even though it comes from the same quarry. 3. Plan for your backsplash as demolition can be rough on the walls. 4. Be sure to budget for the sink and new modern faucet to complete your look. 5. The granite installation may not include faucet installation or sealing of your sink. I didn't have my faucet purchased when he installed so I am uncertain. Ask questions so you can plan for a handyman to finish any other installation work.

We set a date for repair and David and Louis arrived as scheduled and on time. They protected my entire kitchen area with plastic and began the work. Louis is very skilled and prepped the floor as needed. He was also pleasant and helpful and explained the repair process to us. Even though I knew the name/color of the original grout, David still brought a sample book just to be sure it was correct. It's about the quality of work - and who wants to get it wrong? Once the floor was prepped and the replacement tile installed, he said he would return in a few hours in order for everything to dry before he grouted the area. Both Louis and David returned in a few hours, as promised and completed the job. If you were not aware of where the repair originated on my kitchen floor, I challenge you to find the repair area. It's that good. David has an impeccable work ethic. If you are searching for a professional for tile repair, look no further. I was kept abreast on every aspect of work that need to be done. Jackie is the type of person who like to speak with you eye to eye so there is no misunderstanding of what is being said. I found out that my island wasn't secure to the floor the foundation needed some TLC and the cabinets were seating on tile that has previously been layed. I wanted to cry because i saved up money but not enough for all the things that can come to light. Thankfully, all issues were taken care of within the company, her husband David is a mircale worker. The walk through and guidance of base boards and grout to pick out was trully appericated. We scheduled an estimate for 1:00 PM, and without any courtesy call or notice, they showed up at 11:00 AM -- a full two hours early -- while we were in the middle of another scheduled flooring estimate. Despite the scheduling error being on their part, they still proceeded after the other company finished. Later, when I called to follow up and ask for the estimate, Jaimes abruptly hung up on me mid-conversation. Right before doing so, he told me that since we had "other people" giving us quotes, we "clearly didn't need theirs." Let me be clear: any smart customer gets multiple estimates when shopping for flooring -- that's normal, expected, and responsible. For Jaimes to assume otherwise and act so rudely shows a complete lack of professionalism, maturity, and basic customer service etiquette. We were shocked at the level of disrespect and would never do business with this company. If you value reliability, respect, and clear communication -- look elsewhere.
