I…read morewas referred to LS by my brother in law who had granite installed for his BBQ pit in the back yard. Antonio is very professional, honest, helpful, and has been installing granite since he was a young child learning his craft from his father. His prices are reasonable and well worth it. I choose the modern look of the River White Granite with squared thick edges and a stainless steel sink to go with my white cabinets. Once I have time to install my subway tile backsplash I will add some pictures. As a few tips: 1. If you choose a lighter color, ask for a few coats of the sealant. My stone was very porous and stained easily. Either way, buy some sealant so you can reseal once a year. 2. Be sure you select your exact stone as each one is very unique and can vary greatly even though it comes from the same quarry. 3. Plan for your backsplash as demolition can be rough on the walls. 4. Be sure to budget for the sink and new modern faucet to complete your look. 5. The granite installation may not include faucet installation or sealing of your sink. I didn't have my faucet purchased when he installed so I am uncertain. Ask questions so you can plan for a handyman to finish any other installation work.

Christian did an amazing job of putting care and effort into all the prep work to have an even and sealed surface before tackling the huge task of installing and sealing 800 sf of Terra Cotta tile evenly throughout. We had a shower that had a bench in it that was making it challenging to get in and out of for my…read more80 year old mother. My original request wast to see if we can cut the bench in half there by making more room to get in and out. They arrived at the time they said they would, they were literally here at the exact minute that was greed on. I was impressed with the timeliness. They came in and checked out the area. They suggested that we should maybe just take the whole bench out and after a little thought we agreed. Now the plan was to take out the bench and patch up the empty area with tile. They start taking the bench out and there were problems created from the previous contractor. Turns out our bench was never put in properly, like water proofing it. So there was mold found. We deal with that issue then we discover the dam in the shower is supposed to be made out of 2 x 6 and our former person only did it with 2 x 2's So now we need a new dam built. Another thing thing that happened was they accidentally killed a square section of grass. They put out a large sheet of rubber to use for the base of the shower on the grass in 100 degree heat. I took it off the grass hours later when I noticed it. The grass turned brown. Good new is the grass is turning green again and its all starting to look good The shower gets done and its time to put the doors back in. We have very large glass doors, like over 6 feet tall. Somehow one of them shattered. What a mess of glass we had. They took full responsibility for the broken door and got it replaced in a few days. Despite all the things that came up during the project they did a really good job for us. They even gave us some credit for the grass problem and the door breakage. They were conscientious, timely, and communicated appropriately about what was going on. I would highly recommend them.
