The original service report mainly referenced mouse droppings, bait stations, and recommendations to seal gaps around the home -- not catastrophic damage requiring a $21,000 renovation package. We expected a straightforward pest control inspection focused on identifying entry points, sealing the home, and addressing the mice problem. Instead, it felt more like a high-pressure home restoration sales pitch with financing options immediately offered. Before signing anything with Orkin Indianapolis, I strongly recommend getting multiple opinions from local exterminators and attic specialists. Based on our experience, there are likely far more transparent and reasonably priced solutions available.
