    Ok. The service manager reached out to me, on the oil change stickers being labeled for 5 months, instead of 6. Thank you. His explanation was that a lot of people come in late for Toyota care appointments, and they then forfeit it per the factory. This is 100% true, and is one of the problems with Toyota care. However, most people schedule based on the sticker. If you are out of Toyota care and follow the sticker, you will be paying for your oil change at the 5 month interval, instead of every 6 month, or yearly if you are on that schedule. Although I understand his logic, they are potentially ripping off paying customers. Since most people make appointments over the phone or online, it should be possible to flag them as overdue when scheduled, if that's the issue. You can also put an auto call to remind your customers to schedule Toyota care, say a month before. My dentist uses that, so I know it's doable. You could also post signage explaining to people the expiration policy of Toyota care. It could also be brought up during the new car sales process. After talking to the service manager, I was impressed with his integrity. I do not believe they intentionally set out to misinform anyone. But unfortunately, that's what's happening.

    We were on vacation and found ourselves in need of an oil change. We pulled in off of the interstate & 45 min we were driving down the road. It was a breeze to get it all done. Everyone was super friendly. This was best experience I've ever had at a Toyota dealership. The patio is dog friendly & we had a great experience.

    My mother has had so many amazing interactions with this Dealership that even through she moved 2 hours away, she doesn't want anyone else to look at her car. The service department has been friendly, flexible, thorough and knowledgeable. They have always been very honest, easy to get in to, kind and trustworthy. Thank you for the great experience!

They said "ITS TO LATE NOW." Yes in all caps.. very mocking and rude. Should never treat a potential customer with this kind of disrespect. Could have been a future customer...very sad to see this type of service. It's clear they have only their self in best interest.

    My husband and I went shopping for a car at Rock River KIA. We found a great car and was very…read moreexcited. When we got to the financing, we were very explicit with the fact that we had our own financing and that we did not require nor want them to run a separate application or to run our credit or anything whatsoever to do with a dealership loan. We gave them our bank approval letter and all they needed to do was enter the approval code in the portal and we would've been new car owners. It was after hours and the finance manager said that the loan was pending and because it was after hours I didn't question the pending application until the bank called me the next day. The bank asked if we were interested in buying two cars because the dealer had put in a separate application. I was on fire! Not only did they ignore our request, they caused a hard hit on our credit. We are fuming, but we like the car. Rock River Kia is associated with Anderson Automotive Group so we thought we would call Anderson Nissan and see if they could get the car. Anderson Nissan tried to help, but said that the other dealership, as expected, had an "appointment," but wouldn't give Anderson Nissan an expected time for the appointment. I understand that dealerships are known for their obnoxious and overzealous behavior, but this level of deception is preposterous. I would not recommend Rock River Kia unless you're a masochist and enjoy being mistreated by a dealership's shady tactics. We will not buy from Rock River Kia, but open to Anderson Automotive Group making this right.
