What a great local business! We had an emergency issue - and of course it was on a Friday afternoon when we had an out-of-town guest staying with us - and we thought we needed a pump. We had the septic lids dug up so we'd be ready if we were lucky enough to find someone who was available. Lucky for us, Bill was in our area so he was able to get to us in 30 minutes. We learned that we didn't need a pump for another two years, but we did have a clog in our line that Bill fixed quickly. He's also coming back this week to scope the line and let us know if there are any issues that need to be fixed. Talk about amazing customer service and support, Anderson is hands down the best Septic and Sewer company around!!! We had a "back-up" issue and called Anderson. Ms. Janet was kind, understanding of our situation and very responsive to our call. In fact, it was a late in the day situation and she contacted us after hours to ensure we knew that they would be out the next morning to get us squared away. Brian arrived shortly after 9am and immediately got to work trying to figure out our issue. He discovered we had a "soft plug" in our T intersection and promptly cleared that issue. From there we went through a function test of the system and he even went so far as to inspect all of our lines under the house. Well beyond what was expected and above and beyond in our cases. Can't say enough! We are fairly new to the area and had Bill come out to locate and pump our septic tank. After spending a bit of time to find the location of our tank, Bill uncovered the tank. Upon opening the lid and checking it out, he told us we weren't really in need of having the tank pumped. Now he could have charged us for both locating and pumping the tank. But aside from locating our tank and checking out our system, he also educated us on the hows any whys of our septic system. We gladly paid him for his time spent. Anderson Septic Solutions has maintained my aerobic septic system in excellent condition since 2013. Today I discovered that my tank seemed to be overflowing due to what I thought was excessive rain here and so I thought I needed it pumped out, which Anderson doesn't do. So I called another septic service to evaluate. The other servicer said I needed a pipe unclogged and my tank pumped out. However, I also consulted with Anderson owner Jennifer who actually correctly diagnosed that I had a clog at a filter that needed to be cleaned out, which her technician did and immediately my system started gushing back into life. This saved me what was about to be an expensive bill. Anderson is very knowledgeable and efficient and great to work with. Even the other servicer that came out was extremely impressed with the quality of my system and Jennifer's expertise.
