The technicians were personable and went out of their way to fix all the concerns I had in my home. I was very happy with their technical service. On the other hand, I had a true problem with their office staff, particularly a woman by the name of Karma I believe (ironic I know). She was rude and demining. She made sure to criticize me if I did not pick up her calls immediately and gave no indication that she appreciated my business. You are on her timetable, so you better pick up, or else. I was picking up my kids from school when I missed her call. When I called back, she and cancelled my service time and sent the technician to another home. I was upset. I had just talked to her that very morning and told her I would be home during my visit window of 2pm to 4pm. When my husband called to see what was going on, another office staff member, Kelly I believe, was very helpful, explained the situation, took notes on our availability, and apologized. AWESOME, exactly how customer service should be. Unfortunately, I did have to deal with Karma one more time which was another negative experience. Apparently I'm the proud owner of one of the few underground P-traps in Auburn. Lucky me! Thank you again for saving my day and at very reasonable cost. Fast forward to today and again, sewer weirdness... I have a walk-in basement with a bathroom and it was starting to gurgle and back up. Assuming it was the same issue as last year, they scoped the line and it was clear. I had given the toilet a good plunge, and we assumed that all was clear and it was just a one off. Nope. It did a nasty backup and drain when I emptied the upstairs kitchen sink. Having a friend staying with me and using that facility, I contacted Walter on Tuesday evening. He and Joey showed up Wednesday morning (!) and pulled the toilet to reveal that I have two, count 'em two, outgoing sewage lines from the house. And the previously undiscovered line had an big fat root in it. They were able to clear the line and all is now well. It was kind of a pain in the butt job and they covered it for me as they'd just been there a week before and missed it. This is not normal for new build homes and I as the homeowner was unaware of it too. The scheduling process was easy through text and they arrived as scheduled. They even sent a text and hour ahead of time confirming the appointment. Marc and his employee were very diligent, taking their time and thoroughly inspecting the tank, filters, floats and backfill device. They cleaned everything thoroughly, pressure washed the inside of the tank, replaced a cracked float device and gave thorough instructions on how to reset the alarm on the tank. The charge was what was quoted which was in line with prices quoted by other companies. I've calendared them to return in 5 years (that's the suggested time to do this again).
