They left without taking the two minutes to check if the issue was fixed. It was not. When I had to call and tell them that they hadn't fixed anything, they jumped straight to saying that we needed to replace the whole thing. That was either a deliberate lie or a complete failure. Someone else just fixed it, and for less than Joe charged. Furthermore, they couldn't even provide a simple bill of services rendered so that we could file a claim. Our claims agent said it was the first time a company couldn't produce a document that they could accept. So either I got deliberately hosed out of time and money or I paid a premium for no services rendered. Id like my money back.

He also forces his employees to continue working thru their lunches and breaks which is ILLEGAL in the state of California. The communication with Dave was either non-existent or childlike in a sense where he would lash out in anger and scream at his employees on the job site. He exploits his employees for his own personal gain by using their hard work to cover his lavish lifestyle. There are better plumbing companies to choose from who actually appreciate their employees and understands the basics of ethics.
