Did a great job until he stopped showing up. Questioned him, said he would be back the next week. I understood why he had missed, but would of liked some communication. Then never came as promised and never saw him again. Wait... you're saying you communicated, and never sent an invoice? That's funny. Yes your father passed. Was beyond understanding. Yes we got Covid. My pool did not. We were billed for the month you didn't come. But hard no to that. For no service. Then you disappeared and no word, no text back, and never came back to do the pool. For real we thought you went out of business. That was until I found out you were showing up to a house we referred you to. And I then put review. Things happen I get it. But you definitely did not communicate and left us hanging not knowing. Then showed yourself when you just never came back again. Those are facts. you are a lot of work. And very defensive for someone that did no wrong. I was the customer, i did reach out. You quit our house with no notice. Period. And that is not what happened with my brother in law. It saddens me this is how you treat people that did you no wrong. we are having problems with our pool...talked to George in the phone. He came out and only tested the water. He didn't clean the pool. He was here about five minutes and charged me $60....he literally didn't help one bit! I had already done a water sample as well as Leslies and I already told him the acid levels were high over the phone before he arrived!!! i ASKED George if he would AT LEAST clean our pool...he didn't reply...he just stood there.... I hired George to clean my pool. He showed up maybe 1 or twice a month. On the the day he was supposed to be here. He was a no show. I'd text him and he'd come up with every single excuse in the book. And then he had the nerve to complain when he didn't get the full check. If you don't come YOU DONT GET PAID!!!! He complained to me about it and had the nerve to question me of why He didn't get a full CHECK. Also if ur day falls on a holiday he won't show up. He was very good at telling me he wasn't gonna be there. So my response was well then come a day earlier or later. I wouldn't hire this guy if he was the last pool guy in BAKERSFIELD. I only had him for 3 months and he only showed up maybe once or twice a month That's why I didn't pay him for February Even on those 3 months I still paid full price Gave him the benefit of the doubt Worst mistake It's funny ur more on yelp than u are cleaning pools. I get not coming on thanksgiving day but show up the day after. You screw with peoples pools and u expect to get paid. Also, You telling me u weren't showing up I understood but come the next day. It wasn't just that 1 time. You hardly were here. You showed up once or twice a month and I have video surveillance. I check my cameras. And ur never on my camera. SHOWS UR WORK ETHIC. As previous reviewer stated, George spent about 5 minutes at my pool most weeks. I do not believe he put the chemicals in that he said he did. I had to drain my pool due to lack of service. He charges extra for anything. DO NOT use this guy!! read more
