This family-owned business is all about value, quality, professionalism, and customer service. I worked directly with Anthony Andonian, who I believe is the son of the owner. He was super responsive and gave me the best deal possible for new carpet for about 2,000 sq-ft in our new home in MD. Anthony even drove to our previous home in VA with carpet samples. Who does that?! Although I wish they had more variety (I even visited their warehouse and showroom), we couldn't be happier with their timeliness and installation process. Even though there was a minor issue with a joint between the carpeted steps in the basement, Anthony was responsive and took care of it in a time that was convenient for both of us. I was kept up to date on arrival of a specifically hardwood I was looking for to match existing hardwood throughout the house. Every company, no matter what the industry, should deliver their services as promised when given ample time; that's a given. It's when you ask a company for their service in an emergency, with no time to prepare, that separates the good from the awesome. Just last week, July 21st to be exact, in the middle of a home renovation and with an appraiser coming out to inspect our property in 3 days, we needed help getting our floating floor system installed ASAP. I came to Anthony and his team by way of a neighbor who knows them well. At 8am on a Wednesday morning, I spoke with Anthony over the phone, gave him the dimensions of our rooms and I kid you not, the very next day around 9am, two of his employees were in my home installing over 250 square feet of flooring within just a few hours. The price I paid was incredibly fair (perhaps more fair for me than them), and the quality of the work was second to none. Anthony's team knew exactly what to do and they did it beautifully. I seriously could not be more thankful for the service and quality that they delivered and Anthony and Andonian's Carpet Warehouse now has an official file in my cabinet and of course on my computer :-). I first had Andonian's install some new flooring in my kitchen and 3 bathrooms in prep for the upcoming sale of my home. They did a great job, and the floors were beautiful. So I then hired them to put new carpeting in my entire house. They removed the old carpet, put down padding, and the new carpet, all in one and a half days. Beautiful job, very professional. I dealt with David, who was always friendly, polite, and professional. Alfonso did the work on my kitchen and bath floors, and I requested him for the carpeting and he did that too. The crew worked hard to install the 1500 sq. ft. of carpet we ordered from Lowes. I had ordered the premium memory foam water resistant padding from stainmaster, that needs the seams taped. The crew did not tape the seams (which is printed directly on the padding so as to retain the water resistance) even though I asked about it, and was not truthful until I asked if they'd like me to pull up the carpet to look. Unfortunately, Lowe's says if I do not have it fixed (and accept a cash amount), I void the warranties on carpet and padding. More disruption in my home to let them pull up the new carpet and tape the seams.... Not a happy customer, 5000 dollars later... read more

They did a great job- no one can tell where the old floor ended and the new one begins . But more importantly, the two brother owners were super responsive- they always communicated with me, answered my calls and texts, and were very patient and professional. There were some details that i wanted them to fix and they came and did it promptly and even had the whole floor professionally cleaned at the end just to make it perfectly new. This company installed my backsplash. The first person that came did a horrible job. Didn't use spacers and even installed cracked tile. The tile was layed horribly. They graciously sent a second person to fix it and they were amazing. Extremely professional and really took his time. When the first person came to install the backsplash, he broke my garage sensors while working in the garage. I informed the company of the issue and they asked if I could pay for the repairs and they would reimburse me, which they never did. What I received was the runaround. I called and asked if they received the repair bill I sent and they said yes, the check is in the mail. Then I called to let them know that I still haven't received payment and they said they would have to check their billing department and would get back to me. They never got back to me. The owner stopped answering my calls and my emails. They never reimbursed me for the damage that was done to my garage and lied about the fact that they were going to pay for it. In hindsight, I should not have agreed to pay for the repairs in advance and let them reimburse me for it. I should have said I would prefer for them to send someone to do the repairs. Based on their integrity and the poor work that was originally done, I would definitely not use this company again. read more

Horrible install. Carpet was not laid correctly, had to fight to get them to reinstall. Second guys that came to reinstall told me that whoever installed it the first time did it completely wrong. For the past 15 years since I moved my business to Annapolis area, David Andonian and his courteous and professional staff have fabricated complicated custom-shaped and bound area rugs, installed to perfection waffle-patterned wall-to-wall carpeting with no seams visible, and hardwood and laminate flooring, etc. If at any time there was an issue or a problem, David personally handled and corrected it immediately, either by sending out those who originally installed the product or by coming out to the site himself.
