I live in a different state and wanted to endure they could meet my delivery demands. They could of course and my co- workers said it was the best pizza in this area. Outrageously huge California Club Wrap (way too much for two people). There was actually too much turkey in it (that's why I have dogs!) so we wound up taking it out. The fries were great and they helped me out with my "no salt please" request without any problem. We got a Firehouse Pizza too and it was well made but I'll try a different type of pizza next time. There's a large parking area with plenty of spaces and the inside seating area was clean. I went with just a basic plain pizza. The pie had a nice, buttery cheese with a light, sweet-tasting sauce. Five stars for customer service! My wife ordered from here for the first time last week and there was an issue where the third-party delivery service messed up the order by consuming half of it in transit! Although this was not a problem with the establishment when she called to let the restaurant know for their own knowledge and so they could report to DoorDash the owner insisted on delivering a pizza himself which was above and beyond! I feel like I can't fully judge this place because I just got the basic garden salad, but I can base my assumptions on this meal. The salad was pretty normal and basic for a deli, with spring mix, huge cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and a good sized pita bread. The salad itself was completely fine and I had no complaints, but I ordered Italian dressing on the side and it seemed to be just olive oil and mostly vinegar, making for an overpowering taste. There weren't even the usual spices visible. It was a little steep at 9 dollars, but I know this place has more to offer than a basic salad (I've had it in the past and my boyfriend loved his sub), so it deserves higher than my meal's rating. We work on Research drive in Wilmington and pretty close but my co-workers and I are obsessed with their food and service, I live in north reading but I door dash and it's great delivery. Very fast!. Had a Caesar Salad. To die for. Homemade croutons I think, to die for marinated chicken, fresh Parmesan shavings, great oil and vinegar and others. Love it! We're staying in the area for the holidays and decided to take a chance on Andover Deli and Pizza tonight. I placed a delivery order through DoorDash which was so easy. The food arrived on time. We ordered a couple Greek salads, an Italian sub, and a cheeseburger dinner. The cold food stayed cold and was very fresh. The cheeseburger dinner was still warm when it arrived. I am so happy that we decided to go with Andover Deli for a Back To school Night this week. They were amazing and I highly recommend them. The woman who answered the phone first was so kind and helpful (I wish I Had caught her name); then Steve was so fast to respond and commit; and then Efstathios could not have been nicer, more helpful, or more professional to work with on the prep and delivery. Efstathios was such a great communicator, and he made sure that every detail was buttoned up the day before the event. We ordered 70 pizzas, and I was so impressed that Efstathios offered to bring over the first 40 in one run and then go back and get the other 30 so that they would all be hot. The pizza was a huge hit with the kids, parents, teachers (everyone!), and we only had 8 boxes left over (and they all got taken home). We will definitely call them again for future events! Prices have started to creep so I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. But the pizza and wraps are excellent. I just think a $10 wrap should not be able to be consumed in one sitting. If you like a nice Thin pounded out cutlet, fried crispy,with a beautiful marinara sauce, and oozing mozzarella cheese on a toasted bun; this is the polar opposite. Do yourself a favor and get a chick parm from Burger King it will be fine dinning compared to this rubbish. I should of taken ppl advice when they warned me I hope you will take mine. Very surprised that you have to pay extra for BBQ sauce or any other sauce if ordering chicken fingers. Doesn't make sense - should come with it as a standard. I think it's a dollar up-charge or right around there. I think that's what's stopping me from giving 4 stars.... It's definitely a hit with the locals - everyday the place is packed at lunch. That being said, waiting to order or pick up is a little awkward because people are EVERYWHERE.
