This place was great. Stopped by during my lunch break and it was a quick and easy ordering process. Large selection on the menu and pretty good options too. My group got a meatball sub which was super good, cheese pizza which was also very tasty, it just took a bit to come out. Then we also got a Greek Salad and it was good, but just good in my opinion. Ordered a personal sized pizza with several toppings such as onions, sausage, shrimp, ham, pepperoni, etc. the pizza was ok however the dough was still soft so it fell apart easily. When grabbing the first slice, it only pulled off the bread instead of with the toppings all together. It was still hot but pretty greasy. Had it been in the oven a little longer it probably would've held together. Had to let it cool off a little so that the pizza could hold together. As mentioned it was good but the fact it was greasy and didn't hold together initially cause me to give it this rating. read more

Nothing crazy, just thin cut lettuce, tasty chicken, cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes and awesome dressing. Service is usually really good for me. If it weren't for the chicken, they'd get 4 stars. Horrible service. We ordered for delivery. Told him there would be numerous orders. I ordered a grilled chicken meal for 11 bucks. Wanted to charge it since I had no cash. He gave me a hard time bc he wanted me to order at least 20 bucks worth and that it would cost him .35 to charge it. I usually wouldn't mind and would have put someone else's order on my card but he was so rude about it. But anyways. The food arrived and half the orders were wrong. He even charged me 15 instead of the correct amount thinking I wouldn't know. I receive a text every time I use my card. I was annoyed but let it go. If I could give 0 stars I would!! Visited my mom in Lawrence, MA and chose Brothers Pizza based on the good Yelp score. Called at 8pm for a small sub and small pizza. Was told it was to be $13.74 and an hour wait for delivery. I agreed. Waited 1 hour and 30 min. The delivery guy says it's $15.97. I called and spoke with the same girl who took my order and she denied the price she gave me and made no apologies for the 1 hour and 30 min wait. The pizza had to be heated in my oven and my daughter fell asleep hungry because she couldn't wait. Worst service. Cold pizza. Never again...and at this rate they will be out of business soon. read more

Terrible service and mediocre food. I have ordered from here multiple times and the service now compared to 10 years ago has downgraded a lot. The woman who answers the phone is useless and always messes up either the order or the address. Delivery takes over an hour and love to blame you for their late deliveries ‍. Walked in with my fiance and her service dog, "unless that is a seeing dog I can't have any dogs in the restaurant" will never attempt this place. Yes a customer can be wrong and I was. I've had the honor to try one of the best baked fish I've had in long time. I mean, there was absolutely no disappointment there. I promise the owner Alex a fair review. Well I'm not disappointed for on bit. I can understand why this place was so pack. So freaking worth it. Customer service is everything and this place has none of it! We had ordered 2 Steak and Cheese subs for delivery, mind we don't live that far and they took forever. I had called to cancel since the wait time was ridiculous. The girl who picked up was screaming into the phone to who I think was the manager that I wanted to cancel my order. The manager took the phone and proceeded to be extremely rude; "next time you order from us don't be surprised if we don't deliver to you at all." Today I placed an order for a family order of chicken and fries. After nearly waiting an hour for my order I called and was told my order wasn't out for delivery because they were waiting on the driver. They specifically told me that my order was out there on the counter waiting for the driver. I didn't want to wait for cold food so I decided to cancel the order.Five minutes later I received a nasty voicemail from Brother's Pizza accusing me of playing games and using aggressive language.I'm frustrated because I am a long time customer of Brother's Pizza and I didn't expect to be attacked for canceling an order after waiting an hour. I also have a saved copy of the voicemail just in case. In the voicemail by the way it was insinuated that I was a child playing games.No I am an adult who just wanted to have her food delivered on time.
