The only reason I deducted a star is because my stylist was on her phone for a large portion of the time she was working on me. She explained it was something personal, but I would have preferred if she stepped away to take the call. Instead, she had the other person on speaker and at one point, facetime. I just wanted to run out of there as fast as I could. When I swiftly walked to my car with my head down I jumped in my car and the water gates exploded. Words cannot express how distraught I was. I canceled everything that day. I even draped a coat over my head to walk from the parking lot to my door so no one would see it. I was already a mess. My hair looked nothing like the photos I showed Kaylie I wanted my hair to look like. If she couldn't do it she could have made me aware of this so I may find another stylist. I would have preferred that than walking out with a Michael Jackson haircut. My hair is so short I can't put it into a ponytail nor pin it up in the back.
