First things first; proceeding to charge for a first time, EMERGENCY cancellation is just awful. You would think Jenn would have a little more compassion and understanding considering a lot of her clients make accommodations for her when she needs to reschedule for her kid. She is also super overpriced for what she is capable of doing with hair. Jenn is not great with blonde and her haircuts leave a lot to be desired. I will never go back to this salon and I do not recommend that any of you go see her either. Jenn's attitude (and haircuts) sucks. read more

So thankful to have come in to see Jenn today! I recently moved to CA and I had been seeing the same stylist/colorist for 13 years. If asians could be naturally blonde, you wouldn't know that I dyed my hair. Seriously, that's how AMAZING of a stylist Jenn Wolf is! But, it didn't start out like that at first. For those of you who only read the first part of reviews: Jenn is SO amazing!!!! She seriously knows her sh*t and will give you an incredible haircut. You'll leave her salon feeling beautiful and wonderful. Thank you Jenn!! For those of you who want the whole story: I foolishly decided to use a box-dye to lighten my blonde hair. Unfortunately, it FRIED the last two inches because of the Sun-In that I used about two years ago. (PSA: DO NOT use Sun-In! It will damage your hair forever!) Anyway, I've been trying to grow out my hair, and I was devastated that I'd have to get a shorter cut because the ends were ruined. I went in to see Jenn. She sat me down and assured me it would all be alright. She was absolutely right. We did have to cut off the last two inches (yikes!), but she gave me a fantastic style with nice layers that made it look like I only got a trim. She also supplied me with the best products. Each time I shower and use the products, my hair feels so soft. I love having a hairstylist that only suggests the products she truly believes in (and that actually work!). This review is long overdue.. I was hoping to get a picture together with a musician that both Jenn and I really like especially for her, but it didn't happen, so I'm finally posting my review. Jenn is an amazing colorist. She did a process which gave me what she termed "Oil Slick color" and there is not a place that I go that I don't get tons and tons of compliments on my hair. I had my hair colored a little over a month ago.. I am love love loving it and Jenn is now my go to person for color and styling- I can't say enough positive things about her- professional, funny, kind, and a genius at what she does. Jen is absolutely amazing! I found her through yelp at the end of last year (2017) after I went to another stylist. The other stylist did a pretty terrible job on my hair color and I was so upset. I went online and saw tons of great reviews (specifically about hair color) and decided to reach out the Jen. I sent her pics of what I had asked the other stylist to do and then sent pics of what the other stylist had done. Spoke with her over the phone and she was able to reassure me that she could fix my hair and get me where I wanted to be. She was very kind and supportive. So now in March, I finally had the time and money to get my hair fixed. I set up an appointment and she was everything I had hoped for! She talked with me about my other experience, reviewed with me her process and what she had in mind, confirmed that we were on the same page and off she went! Grabbing dye and tools and everything and got straight to work fixing my poor hair. She had suggestions and tips which I was very greatful for. In the end, I walked out with the color I wanted, feeling better then I had in 4 months. I am so happy with the result and with Jen's professionalism. Jenn is a master colorist. One of the best colorists I have experienced. However, she also loves to cut hair, which is why I'm only giving her two stars and why I stopped going to her. Every time I went to see Jenn, I found my hair getting shorter and shorter. However, the color was fantastic and Jenn herself was sweet. Eventually, she became obsessed with the idea of giving me short hair, and I think she was more attached to how cute she thought a short hair cut would look on me versus my own comfort level in having short hair and cut my hair much shorter than I was willing to go. I imagine cutting hair is fun. However if you want to keep your long locks, be careful of her scissors. read more
