I needed to have 2 storage racks installed in my garage and 3 pendant lights installed in my kitchen. I was given a very competitive bid and scheduled the job. I had to reschedule one week out because my other contractor wasn't finished and I didn't want both of them working in the kitchen at the same time. He arrived exactly at 9:30am and asked what exactly I needed done and I showed him. I was kinda surprised that it took 5 hours to install 2 storage racks in my garage but whatever. Then he came inside to install the pedant lights and said that he couldn't install them because he's not a licensed electrician. I asked why he didn't say that in the beginning when I showed him the work that needed to be performed and either rescheduled or sent someone else? He said that he would call his boss.
