I been coming here for awhile. Never cared about price because they are cheaper then Bixby car wash and the do better job. So I usually pay for my truck to get washed for $27. I get regular wash and she wrote my price down on a ticket for $25. She gave my back my ticket and a few seconds later she ask for it back and crossed out price original price she wrote down and put $30. WTF?! I always tip the person who clean my truck $10 all the time. Smh I guess it's going to be $2 now. Next time I'm going over to the other location down the street. See how much they charge me there. Again, did a great job... but the exterior however.. I definitely did not come in with these scratches. Ngl, I have been going here for years but today was not it. I paid $30 and usually they do really well with vacuuming my car. I miss the OG amigos who used to do my car, they do very well. Paid for a wash plus leather condition for my truck. 65$, decent price but the service was rushed. I was left having to finish the job myself. Got my rags o it and started wiping down the water marks that they said would t come off. My windshield is still dirty, the back of my truck STILL has dust. Paid 65 for them to water it down and for me to come to Walmart to buy supplies to detail it it and wash it properly. If your going to spend money, don't come here, do it yourself or pay a little extra and go to a professional spot that will give you what you paid for. A 25/30$ car wash or even going to a self served car wash would have given better results than wasting the 65$. What a waste. read more

I've been coming to Andres' car wash for over 30 years. The best, best hand car wash and detailing service. Brought my new Porsche 911 in and had a clay wax done. Amazing!!! And the pricing is beyond fair. Took my Prius somewhere else for a quick in and out and paid the same as I pay for the Porsche at Andres. So now both cars are only washed at Andres'. Visited on: 6/18/2021 THE EXPERIENCE: Came in to get a regular car wash. One of the attendants approached and greeted me when I pulled up. I told him what I needed and asked how long the wait would be. Told it would take 25-35 mins. Told to come inside to the office and pay. They provide you with a ticket and you give your ticket to the cashier inside the office. They have air fresheners on the wall for you to choose from. I asked for Piña Colada and they let me know they had something similar: Caribbean Colada. I got those to try. I waited inside the office for my car to be finished. 37 mins pass by... I go to check on my car. It was still sitting where I parked it. Untouched. I asked for someone in charge. A man pulls a girl (whose not a manager and had just arrived to work) to come speak to me. This person tells me I'm welcomed to leave if I need to go and can bring it another day. I tell her - NO - my time is valuable - I've already been sitting in the office for over 35 mins - so NO, I'm not going to bring it back another day. She proceeds to tell me their short staff, etc. I let her know I just want my car cleaned and washed - reason I brought it. I'm told I'm next. 5 mins later... they begin washing my car. It comes out okay but there should be better communication. Never tell a customer a time frame if you're not sure and especially if you're short staffed. Almost 1hr later... Juan finished my car and it came out okay - not bad - it looks better than it did when I brought it in... that's for sure, lol. WOULD I RECOMMEND? WOULD I RETURN? I think I would give this place another chance. I recommend keeping in mind to have some time to spare. The duration of time you'll be here is unpredictable. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR THINGS STOLEN. My partner took his car in to get a wash here; a few days later we noticed our FasTrak transponder was gone from the windshield. The velcro that attached the device to the glass was completely ripped off leaving only the adhesive. I didn't want to assume the worst and assumed they had just taken it off to clean the inside of the windshield and forgotten to replace it. We called Andres to ask if they had any missing transponders turned in - they told us no. The car was never broken into. It was clear someone stole the transponder. I brought my Tahoe in on Tuesday 10-24-24. I asked for a wash and girl told me it was $30. I also asked how much it would be to have the inside wiped down and she said and extra$30. Dummy me paid it. So it was $60 and they did a horrible job on the inside. I was in a hurry and left after my car was done. Big mistake. I basically was ripped off. I went back the next day, which was Wednesday and they were closed. It barely sprinkled early Wednesday morning and they were closed. 3 hour wait is absolutely crazy for a car wash. Disappointing considering the job is nothing extraordinary

I wanted to try this car wash for the first time and learned it is not run very well. When I arrived, I noticed about 7 groups ahead of me. After I paid, I had a seat next to some other customers who were waiting. As soon as I sat down, I heard some of the customers saying they were waiting for quite some time and their car hasn't even been brought over to get washed. One person that was there had mentioned they were waiting about 20 minutes and their car hasn't even been started to get washed. I understand that car washes can be busy, however, this wash didn't look extremely busy to the point where I saw that is was reasonable for people to be waiting 20 minutes and more while their cars haven't even been touched yet. read more

The initial service was great. Quick and got to my car quickly. I got the wash, wax, and clay. Then add some headlight restoration. First of all, it was a little over 2hrs wait for the work. In the meantime the workers kept looking over my way. And when I stepped out to check the progress, I got more of a "mild stank eye" as if I'm bothering from a distance. Car was left alone for a while (guess who ever was to wax and clay was busy). When they got to it it was a quick job but left "residue" in some hard to reach spots. Some water spots toward then bottom of car. Headlight restoration looks better but the "clear spray" is kind of foggy. When buffing the lights they buffed my bumper as well. Had residue drips from the restoration was on the bumper under the headlights (which was Didn't nick pick much since it was a dead end conversation and language barrier. They're were many hands on the car but I believe the finish product could have been better for the extra amount of money. Will not return. Sad because it was recommended by a friend. read more

I have been a customer here since it opened. The customer service and car wash have been great for both of my cars. Today, unfortunately was not one of those days. I had my car washed and just as I was about to adjust the seat back to normal I noticed that the seat side panel was broken. I asked the guy what happened and of course he did not know. The only reason I noticed that it was broken was because the seat was pushed all the way forward which exposed the gap between the seat and the panel. I ask to speak with Andre (owner) since the employee had no idea how it happened. Initially, when I was first coming here it was good and even recommended to others. My last few washes have been sloppy. Went here today to get my floor mats cleaned. Took a picture of them before and after - they are the same. Plus, I had to request them back because they were missing upon completion of my vehicle. Additionally, I got the interior wipe downs a few times in the past, the last time, some residue was left on the outside of my vehicle and it is still there after getting it cleaned today. And the exterior is still dirty. I stopped with the interior wipe down because it es so oil/greasy that it got on my clothes and everything that came in contact with my seats days after. I had to wipe off the excess myself. Even after I requested a lighter version the last time I got that service. I know I did the basic wash today, due to time, but the purpose of my visit was not accomplished (clean floor mats/exterior). 14$ not well spent. I took my new 2020 Challenger here. They stole the rubber grips from the cup holders of center console and doors. They don't come out easily so they weren't vacuumed out. Since they couldn't find them, I disputed the charge with my credit card company since it cost me the same amount to replace them. They also almost burnt out my transmission trying to drive the car with the doors open. The car's safety features will not allow the car to move. He kept gunning the engine until I yelled to stop. They need to train their staff of safety features of newer cars. Needless to say me and my family will NEVER take our cars there and are spreading the word to friends. read more

Gave this place a few chances. They always left my windows smudged. I recommend this place to my elder mother who ended up being overcharged, $40 for a small Honda. I just went yesterday and dropped my car off, just to return to bird droppings still on my car. I informed staff which made a determination that somehow bird droppings are tree sap!!?? They also didn't vacuum my trunk like I specifically asked for at drop off. At this point I wanted my $18 back which they refused. The owner at the Long Beach Blvd location determined it was tree sap without even seeing the car!!!? I drove to him to show how easily with spit and a scrub I can remove the bird droppings.
