My neighbor was having service done and Andre popped by and asked if I would like anything done. As winter and the rain season are coming up, the 60 foot tree in my back yard is always a concern. Addtionally scheduling for services is painless and the pricing for services tend to be fair. Andre is honest and upfront with the customer. As others have said-- Andre's Tree Service is the best. Took out a dead tree in our front yard, including removal of the stump as well as trimming back our fringe flower tree. I was at an appointment when they arrived and by the time I returned the tree was removed & the yard was cleaned up. My daughter said they were really efficient & quick. This is the first time I have used Andre's Tree Service. I needed a tree cut down and two other trees topped and shaped. He had the best bid and he shared my concerns about how close to the house that the tree to be removed was located. His crew showed genuine concern for making sure the yard was fully cleaned up after they were done. He double-checked that I didn't want the tree cut into firewood, but I don't have a fireplace. Andre's Tree Service is excellent. Andre did two jobs for me and both were done as I asked. First his crew trimmed all my citrus trees so that I could reach the fruit and then thinned them so more fruit would grow. Although his crew took out much height, the tops look natural, not lopped. The second job was to remove a very heavy and large limb on a spruce tree, clean up my Yucca, and remove many dead branches from various trees. Each time his crew did an outstanding job, wasted no time, and left my yard spotless. I did not compare prices but choose him because I have watched him work on my neighbor's trees for years. When every customer gives a business a five star review, it usually is warranted. I got 7 bids for some trees that needed to be trimmed and Andre came in with a very competitive bid. While there were some bids close to his, there were other bids that were twice as much. This told me the true market price for my job and that Andre was giving me a fair price. His team was able to come the next day and did an amazing job over the 3 day long job. He is a straight shooter and tells it like it is. My experience with Andre's Tree service was outstanding! I had a white birch tree done in by years of drought that I wanted to get rid of before winter. Andre's Tree Service has a great reputation the Rosemont neighborhood so I called him up. He called me back immediately and since he lives in Rosemont he drove over, looked at the tree and gave me a quote over the phone. His price was right in the middle of the three quotes that I got, But- he had a crew that was in the area so he could start immediately. I had to take my dog to the vet, but by the time I got back that tree was gone! The crew hauled the wood, ground the stump and raked the yard. I wanted to take before and after pictures but his guys were too quick. Andre also pointed out that the other tree in our yard- a red maple- needed to be limbed up and thinned in the center. That job wasn't in our budget this month but when we're ready I'm calling Andre. read more
