When you first walk into Dr. McMahon's office you will be greeted very warmly by his amazing staff. If you are super lucky, you might get checked in by his incredibly sweet wife Teri. Teri is just about the warmest person that you will meet and is a genius in her own right. There are more IQ points between Dr. and Mrs. McMahon than any other 2 people that come to mind. Needless to say- very very competent staff and everyone is happy to see you. Dr. McMahon could easily charge double what he currently charges and that would still be considered a bargain in the dental world. Dr. Mike, which he also goes by, is one of the few people that you will meet in your life who truly is not motivated by money. He is motivated by a few things 1. God 2. His wife and beautiful family 3. You!! Yes you read that right, he cares about You. You might read this and think, how is this possible, I never have even met the man. I can confidently say that Mike cares about you, because he genuinely wants to help people. I have never seen someone who so selflessly loves his patients and complete strangers. He wants to see you and your family succeed and he will do everything in his power to get you healthy and happy again. I had a very traumatic experience with a dentist when I was a little boy. Dr. Mike has done everything in his power to make me feel comfortable and to also get me help from other dentists when needed. I speak so highly of him, because he literally has saved my life. I have had serious dental issues that needed treatment, and he got me in to be seen right away. From beginning to end with received outstanding customer service. The waiting area is very classy and comfortable. The wait was not too long and paperwork was quick and easy. Once in they actually listened to my parent's complaint and with their knowledge and experience they were able to give us an answer and how to go about it. I am OLD and been through many dentist in my life, so I was ready for more bad treatment, more horrible pain, and suffering after I got home. I G O T N O N E O F T H A T!! I feel cheated!! All that worry for nothing!! NO Grumpy front desk, No snobby back room help, NO Dentist in a HURRY and NO, WE don't care about YOU!!! What the heck! Front desk absolutely made me feel welcome and calm. Gave me the clipboard to fill out typical documentation. They were helpful with insurance questions. It was so easy!! How could that be!! Never happened before!! NEVER in my 75 years of being on this planet have I had a dentist visit so actually enjoyable!! I will move on to the Dentist himself. His demeanor was so calm that it took my anxiety and threw it out the window. He had me feeling like I knew everything was going to be alright.......and it WAS!! I knew I was getting a Root Canal, and everything I ever heard about that is that it was gonna be really painful!! I want you to know, I felt absolutely NO PAIN AT ALL!! It didnt take hours, it was pretty quick actually. After it was over all I could think was WOW!!! My heart rate only went up 2 beats per minute (yes I checked my watch!) Thats nothing! I have another Root Canal coming up soon, and I am not stressed at all! I am ready. This Dentist KNOWS what he is doing!! I believe the tech that helped the dentist with my procedure this time was Emily! She was so kind and calm. She kept me focused so I wouldn't worry. She did a great job. She was ON IT when the Dr needed anything!! Fantastic! I want you to know that EVERYONE working there treat you with kindness and respect. He…read moredefinitely makes you feel comfortable and doesn't make you feel like you're just there to hand over your money. He takes his time with every patient and is very detailed. I've had other dentists rush through my visit and not explain things to me, but Dr. Ha answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I was really scared to get a root canal but Dr. Ha helped me get through it. I'm definitely going back to Dr. Ha for future visits!
