After some online search, we found Willow Glen Primary Care. After the initial call, I was kind of hesitant about the concierge service they provide and the annual membership fee which were all new to us. We decided to give it a try after the first onsite consultation just wanted to see how concierge works. Surprisingly, this decision turned out much better than we hoped for. Whenever we had any medical needs, either annual exams or ad hoc emergencies, we were always able to make appointments within few days or talk to Dr. Lindsay over the phone right away. She's extremely knowledgeable, patient and willing to spend hours explaining everything we need to know and answer our questions. Even during weekends, we're still able to reach her cellphone for urgent needs. This really helped us build trust in Dr. Lindsay. I started to have some weird chronicle GI illness 1.5 years ago which later was diagnosed something that has no cure yet. Dr. Lindsay did not give up on me. She worked closely with my GI doctor to come up with customized treatments to help improve my daily life quality. In the meantime, she also looked for more ways to diagnose my conditions. She has filled out countless forms for us and she always returns our many, many phone calls. When we go in for check ups, she's always calm, soft spoken, and shows a lot of concern. She has prescribed a few meds, the last one Onadestron (sp?), that works quite well to combat morning sickness (I hope you have insurance though, even the generic version is $20 a pill and you can take up to 6 a day!!!) What's also nice is after our baby is born, she will be the doctor for our baby, which is extremely convenient. According to my wife, she is also a great gyno.
