All they know is to disrespect people. Do not go there…read more I had a 1pm appointment and the front desk checked me in and got my co-pay. Then I was waiting there till 1.45. That's when I was seen by their doctor. The staff is extremely non- courteous, disrespectful. The least you expect is for them to communicate the delay and be polite when speaking. But not. After my consultation appointment, the wanted me book an appointment with a therapist outside. They made me pay for my appointment and then they sent me to look for therapists outside of their business, which starts the entire process again Why would need to see them and pay them, if I was being sent to see a therapist elsewhere. It's ridiculous. It's a scam.

I paid a large sum of money for a PRP injection, for during my surgery (that never happened). I have spent over 40 documented hours trying to track down and actual person, which is virtually impossible. Sent six messages to through their portal about rescheduling this surgery, and have left 10 plus VMs for the surgery scheduler, no return phone calls from her either, in spite of their VMs saying, "YOUR PHONE CALLS WILL BE RETURNED IN 24 HOURS, simply not true. I called again today to speak with a management person, was told they are in a meeting but will return your call before the end of the day, and as I predicted, no call was made to me. Why make a patient portal if you NEVER RETURN THE MESSAGES. I had to go on a trip to Disneyland with a torn meniscus, and sent four URGENT MESSAGES ON THE PORTAL ASKING FOR MEDS NO RESPONSES. Now a fourth week has come and gone, wasted time, wasted effort and my knee surgery not scheduled.DON'T COME HHERE. They arenbasically ghosting me, but still have my money.

"A+ Quality, Friendly Staff"…read more For my next visit to Dr Bell, I decided to break my shoulder. Well, okay, not really broken-- the usual rotator cuff injury. The doctor described the tendons as "shredded." This was not exactly the adjective I was hoping for, and surgery was required. The surgery was uneventful, and took place right across the street at Hacienda Surgery Center. On my next visit to the doctor he provided color photos of my surgery. It's sort of like doing selfies, except you're unconscious. Several weeks later, I was in the capable hands of the onsite physical therapist, Mark Snyder, assisted by his capable assistant. Karen. These folks are excellent-- professional, as well as friendly. I sometimes call Mark, "Mr.Pain." It was originally, "Dr. Pain," but he reminded me he was not yet a doctor. I don't know why I came up with that nickname for Mark. During physical therapy, whilst icing my shoulder, the PT team allows me to watch the TV show, "Sherri." This is part of Mark's therapy, and provided at no extra charge. I am always pleased with the proficiency professionalism and courtesy of the great staff here. A top tier medical practice happens neither easily or quickly. Doctor Bell is a very capable surgeon. I would not go anywhere else. But please don't tell the physical therapist that I call him Mr.Pain. That nickname might be misinterpreted , and they might cut me off from the "Sherri" TV show.

I was already well-versed in shoulder surgeries, having undergone four surgeries on my right shoulder over the past ten years, so I knew what I was looking for in a surgeon. From the moment I met Dr. Elrashidy, I knew I had found the right person. Not only is he extremely personable, but he truly listens. He took the time to hear all of my concerns and showed genuine interest in my very extensive history of orthopedic surgeries. Little did either of us know that my shoulder was about to turn into quite a project. This shoulder and arm had finally had enough after years of being overused and relied on while my right shoulder went through multiple surgeries and physical therapy. Two days before my pre-op appointment with Dr. Elrashidy, my left bicep completely tore--rolling up into the classic "Popeye" deformity. When he saw it, he didn't hesitate for a second. He immediately jumped into action and was fully committed to getting me fixed. Once he got into my shoulder and arm, it turned out I had quite a mess for him to repair. After healing for 4-5 months, it became clear that my body was not cooperating. Despite working hard in physical therapy, I had developed a significant amount of scar tissue in my shoulder. On top of that, I also developed abnormal scar tissue bands over my bicep. After 20 years of surgeries, my body had decided to fight the process. To address the extensive scar tissue that had nearly stopped all forward momentum in physical therapy, Dr. Elrashidy recommended a full shoulder manipulation to break up and remove the scar tissue that was preventing me from regaining movement. Five and a half months after the first surgery, we went back in and did it again. He had a lot to deal with, and almost immediately, I gained additional range of motion. I am now eight months post-op from the second surgery and still only about 50% recovered, but we continue working with physical therapy 2-3 days per week. Dr. Elrashidy stays in constant communication with me and consistently follows up on my progress. If I had to do it all over again, I would absolutely choose Dr. Elrashidy again. I trust him so much that I even sent one of our best friends to him to repair her ACL injury. If you need help with a complex orthopedic problem--especially if your situation is complicated like mine--Dr. Elrashidy is the best choice you can make. Thank you, Dr. Elrashidy, for your exceptional care and friendship through such a challenging time.

I successfully ordered replacement orthotics once before, but my recent experience has been extremely frustrating. At a December 2025 appointment, I was told that custom orthotics were no longer offered and that Tri-Valley Orthopedics now sells an over-the-counter branded insole instead. I wanted multiple pairs for different shoes and requested six pairs so I would not need future appointments simply to purchase replacements. Six months later, the insoles are still unavailable. Communication has been the biggest issue. The phone system no longer allows direct access to the office, messages left for the medical assistant have gone unanswered, emails have not been returned, and there is no clear way to speak with an office manager regarding the situation. At one point I was told insoles were available for pickup, so I scheduled an appointment. The day before the appointment, it was canceled because the insoles were actually not in stock. Now they are calling saying I missed my appointment. See screenshots. The lack of communication, inconsistent information, and inability to resolve a straightforward purchase request ultimately led me to seek care elsewhere. While my earlier experiences with the practice were positive, this recent experience fell well below my expectations.
