Gross…read more Gowns were literally frayed and falling apart. 2nd: The charges were twice what I normally pay. 3rd: Then she performed a biopsy on something that did not appear to be anything abnormal to me as I have TONS of freckles and many years of dermatology experience. Stupidly, I yielded to her "expertise" and allowed her to cut a hole in my arm which turned out to be a freckle...with a higher bill and 4 weeks of healing!!! STILL HAVE A HUGE SCAR months later! She froze a few other precancer areas which I question now as well. She is as other's note rather aggressive and lacking bedside manner. You sort of feel like a piece of meat on the table which I have never experienced before. Only switched docs due to insurance coverage changes but I will return to my previous office and pay cash over this. Trust your gut, get a second opinion and do not agree to procedures that don't feel right.

Unfortunately, he has moved out of state and left the practice. Today, I saw a new dermatologist in hopes of replacing Dr. Ross. My first experience has not been that good. I was kept waiting almost an hour. The physician came in and asked me why I was there as well as many questions that were in my chart. Clearly, this Dr didn't bother to look at the chart in advance. I was there for my 6 month skin check. It was rushed and not thorough (probably the least thorough of any dermatologist I've seen over the years), most of it was not explained except that I had to get biopsies and one spot on the back of my leg was fine. I'm not naming this Dr right now because I want to see how my next appointment goes, maybe it was just a busy day. Based on today's experience with this Dr, I would probably give a 2.5 star rating. Debbie is still great though. I Will update after my next appointment.

When I called to follow up, they admitted the mistake but showed no concern about helping me get my medication. I told them where the prescription needs to be filled, and they will "contact the Dr" and let him know. I have no timeline for when I will receive my meds. It's apparent that once they're paid, patient care no longer matters.

They got all of us in together, which honestly made the whole experience so much more fun than going solo. One of my friends had never done any kind of facial procedure before and the staff was incredibly warm and patient -- they walked her through everything before starting, and generally made the whole vibe feel way less intimidating.
