They cut down three trees that were about 20'-30' tall, trimmed my front yard tree which is even taller, and trimmed two more trees that went between my neighbor and myself. Very pleased with the services. I had a very old pine tree cut by Andres and his crew, a tree that had not been touched in probably 20 years. While working I asked for some other trees to be pruned and he completed it on the spot for a minor, additional fee. His crew cleaned everything up and aside from the freshly pruned trees, I couldn't tell that he and his crew were on my property when I came back from work. We called Andrew tree service based on all of his glowing reviews. I think these must be all fiction! They are completely contradictory to our experience. He dropped his workers off at 9am. They sat and had their breakfast till around 10. They'd do a little work, take a long break, do a little work, etc etc. It was warm, so take a break, but come early and get to it. These men essentially sat on my mothers property for 2 days strait doing nothing until my mom raised a fuss. The work that they did do was so sloppy. We had some rock work and they did not bother to dig down deep enough so we will forever be trying to pull up grass out of the rocks. The stepping stones were completely unusable unless you had one leg 2 feet longer then the other. The tree trimming, well, it is the most uneven mess I've ever seen and there were still dead branches and the icing on the cake is a big branch so high it is hitting the lampost that they couldn't be bothered to trim. Of course he was very prompt in wanting his big check for a very small plot of land his men worked on. Very prompt in cashing the check, but you can forget hearing from him again to come fix the work. That branch is still, about a month after he was paid, hitting the lamp post. We are not wealthy people, I work very hard for every penny and his attitude of complete dismissal is very upsetting to say the least. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. read more

I definitely would do business w this company again, they did a phenomenal job. I had two very large trees (30'+) that needed to be removed, an old peach tree, and a few stumps along w some very neglected queen palms that needed trimming and a lot of miscellaneous overgrown plants removed. We got the estimate yesterday (he was on time, which is rare these days!) and gave us a great quote, saying he could perform the job tomorrow. The crew arrived at around 9 AM and had everything done (even the tree removal!) by 3:30 PM! This is the second time we have used Andrew Tree Service. I called Andrew and he was out to our house within the hour to walk the property and give us a quote. His crew started work that day in the afternoon. His crews are especially careful as they work around other landscaping. We had several trees pruned, shrubs trimmed or removed. They also weeded our entire property from from to back including our slope area. They came back the next day and worked hard all day. Andrew and his crews are very courteous and responsible. Our yard needed a total makeover - from taking out trees including removing of stumps and residual roots, tree trimming, new sod installation, sprinkler repair, planting multiple new trees and roses. I called for estimates and knew all the estimates were high as expected. When I called Andres he explained as the others he preferred to come out and look at our property. His quote was the lowest by a good amount but I liked his attitude and advice for a cost saving design we had not thought of which I was grateful for. I am really picky - that's actually an understatement and never having done this before I was wary of scam tactics , etc. All I can say is he and his crew went above and beyond at the original quote! He even hauled away debris and alot of our excess things to be taken to a dump and included it in original price. We were doing to have someone haul away at $139 but he offered to take care of it for a very nominal charge. The crew worked hard and knew what they were doing while respecting our property. Our neighbor saw what a good job they were doing on pruning and trimming our 60 ft liquid amber so he had them take out a tree in his front yard. Andres even had to come out and reset our 9 station sprinkler system a few times. I will definitely use him again as he has earned our trust and respect for his great work. read more
