Jake who was helping us was extremely efficient, we were in and out with my son driving his 2016 infiniti q50. Jake was happy to work with us to get us out the door in our price range. BUYERS, BEWARE!!!!…read more Off the bat, take your business elsewhere please. I purchased a used vehicle from Luxe Motors and it has been an absolute nightmare. Within just a month of owning the car, major issues started showing up--engine oil pressure warnings, camshaft failure, oil leaks, check engine lights, and a severely overdue timing chain (which should have been replaced before the sale). These were not minor repairs. These were serious, pre-existing mechanical problems that were either overlooked or deliberately downplayed by the dealership. When I took the car to an independent mechanic, they gave me a detailed diagnostic. I brought that back to Luxe Motors--only to be told my mechanic was "just trying to scare me." They said it was just a sensor and claimed they fixed it. But not long after, the same issues came back--worse. At one point, I was going back to the dealership twice a week trying to get this resolved. They only took my complaints seriously once I started escalating. This is not how a reputable business should operate. What you need to know: * They do not perform thorough inspections on the cars they sell. * They dismiss serious mechanical issues unless you fight to be heard. * The 5-star reviews are misleading--they pressure or incentivize customers to write glowing reviews during or right after purchase, when everything feels fine. The real problems start about a month later, when you're stuck with a lemon and monthly payments. * Their review strategy misrepresents the true consumer experience and creates a false sense of trust for new buyers. Im was a young 19 year old girl, who knew nothing about cars and dealerships and has no adults/professionals near her to assist. I was desperate for a new car after my everyday reliable broke down on me finally. They saw this and took advantage of my situation Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Luxe Motors might seem helpful during the sale, but if anything goes wrong, you'll be left on your own, they might "help" you fix the issue but request a fee under the table (if you're naive like I was then you'll pay it--DO NOT), and FYI these "repairs" will be absolutely bare minimum and negligent--or worse, you'll be straight up blamed!!!! Jose might seem nice but this is all a part of their customer service requirement to sell their lemon vehicles. I directly asked him PRIOR TO SALE: "are there any mechanical issues with this car? It's going to be my birthday present to myself. I would be disappointed if you lie". And he reassured me and let me know that the car was in mint condition. The Auto Check History might also look convincing--this is because they do not disclose the main issues. THESE ARE AUCTIONED CARS. Better off going to Carvana!! **Side-note: They also like their payments through Zelle which is soooo shady in itself.

Be wary of buying a vehicle from this dealership. I originally spoke with Patrick over the phone…read moreabout a new RAV4 I saw online, but unfortunately, it was already unavailable. Patrick offered me an alternative, but it was the wrong color and packed with overpriced dealer extras I didn't want (including door edge guards). After I explained my preferences, he sent me a link to a perfect option arriving in about a month. I was elated and ready to drive 45 minutes just to put down a deposit. Then came the official quote. The base selling price--before any taxes or fees--was even higher than the over-accessorized alternative he had first pitched. When I told him I wasn't interested, Patrick actually tells me that the total was higher because of taxes and fees... as if I didn't know how buying a car works. This isn't my first vehicle; I am fully aware that taxes and registration are standard. The real issue was that they added over $1,500 in unwanted dealer add-ons (including "elite door cups/edge guards") into the pre-tax price. Patrick claims these extras are standard. So had I agreed to purchase the alternative vehicle that was being sold with edge guards, I'd also be acquiring "elite door cups"? Patrick then tried to justify the markup because RAV4s are so popular and "pre-sold before they even reach the lot." To me, it just felt like they were exploiting Toyota's high demand to take advantage of customers. I chose AutoNation specifically because of their "haggle-free" reputation. I didn't want to play games; I just wanted to pay a fair, transparent price. In fact, if that first alternative vehicle had been the right color, I would have bought it without a fight. I wasn't looking for discounts or freebies--just honesty. Dealing with Patrick at Autonation has reminded me just how annoying car buying can be. Do your research before coming here. Plenty of other dealerships have access to the exact same inventory without forcing you to pay for extras you don't want or need.

Looking for a new car? Look no further. Contact Rudy at South Coast Auto Brokers!!…read more After sending an inquiry on Yelp, I received a response in less than 10 minutes. Rudy asked me to submit my vehicle inquiry and specifications on his company website and once I did, Rudy went straight to work. He worked diligently throughout the day, contacting his network of dealerships and kept me in the loop. He found the perfect car with every option I asked for. Matter of fact, the car was optioned even better than what I asked, all within my budget. By 7pm that evening, I was able to get my wife into her new Lexus RX350. My wife loves her new ride. Happy wife = happy life. Thank you Rudy for everything. You have definitely earned a lifetime client. Will be reaching out again for my next car purchase.

When the day of delivery came, the buyer came with a tow truck, some standard paperwork for me to sign and a check for my equity. Amazing! Thanks again, Rudy and South Coast Auto Brokers for another 5-Star experience. Looking forward to doing business with you all again!

This review is specifically for the service department…read more I've been coming here for quite some time, and working with Miguel has truly made all the difference. Out of all the service advisors I've encountered across Mercedes-Benz dealerships, he stands out as the most honest, detail-oriented, and consistent. He takes the time to answer every question thoroughly and keeps me updated throughout the entire process--which, in my experience, is not always the standard elsewhere. That level of transparency and communication is something I really value. The rest of the team is equally professional and welcoming! It's clear the department is well run. Car service is never something you look forward to, but Miguel makes it as seamless and stress-free as possible--which says a lot.

This review is strictly to the sales guy Stephen Rodriguez phone number (562)746-8915. When looking over the car I purchased I notice the engine cover was missing. He said it must of been lost during detail. And had assured me before purchasing the car he would order a new one and get it to me asap. Well here we are 3 months later and still no engine cover. We have been back and forth for months now of him giving me the run around and excuses of where the engine cover is. I have had multiple response from him, and now he has officially stopped messaging me back. He has gave me a number to Felipe ( 7145621279)in parts who I have left multiple messages to and he has never responded to me either. This is seriously a joke that something so easy as an engine cover to purchase and hand to a customer has been this hard to accomplish for him I couldn't imagine actually getting my vehicle serviced here. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! This place is a complete scam and definitely will not do…read morethe job. We had dropped off a car on Saturday 14th after the owner (the guy in the picture) confirmed he would be able to fix it by Monday. A $300.00 deposit was left and it turns out Monday was also a holiday so I did not ask until Wednesday if the car was ready. It turned out the piece wasn't available to order. They requested more money to go to Fontana since they probably found the piece in that area. They waited 2/3 days after CONFIRMING it was able to be fixed, took the piece apart, and said they couldn't find the piece. On Friday we called and my dad had to go to the shop for more information on the status of the car and they decided not to answer either the phone or the door. (Their shop was "closed"). The following day on Saturday my father had to go from one Auto Zone to another looking for the part, but shouldn't that be their job?! He decided that since the whole part that they specifically said was going to be fixed and replaced, it wasn't going to be fixed. He would just try and fix a detail inside the part to hope it would work that way. (My father's idea not the "mechanic") He had to drive around and buy the parts and provide them to them since apparently they decided not to find other solutions. He dropped them off Saturday and they were "about to close" and the car was not "ready" until Monday evening. Mind you when we picked up the car the same noise, same problem was still there... so where did that deposit go if the problem stayed the same?!?! They did not find or buy the parts, they only took it apart to charge $300.00 for something they couldn't fix. Waited a week to let us know... not suggesting anything else... procrastinating... and for nothing to be done. At the end of the day I understand mechanics charge for labor because it's work but would you really want to be charged a deposit of $300.00 ($500 was supposed to be for labor only on the original job of $850.00) for them to take your car apart and not be able to fix or improve the problem. Do not come to this place!!!!! IT'S A SCAM!!!!! It's sad how some people like to screw people up and ruin the reputation of other hard, honest, working people, without thinking karma exists...I hope that deposit gets his family through the week. This was definitely a stressful and frustrating moment where I even began to think they were not going to return the car or do other replacements or even remove parts.
