BUYERS, BEWARE!!!! Off the bat, take your business elsewhere please. I purchased a used vehicle from Luxe Motors and it has been an absolute nightmare. Within just a month of owning the car, major issues started showing up--engine oil pressure warnings, camshaft failure, oil leaks, check engine lights, and a severely overdue timing chain (which should have been replaced before the sale). These were not minor repairs. These were serious, pre-existing mechanical problems that were either overlooked or deliberately downplayed by the dealership. When I took the car to an independent mechanic, they gave me a detailed diagnostic. I brought that back to Luxe Motors--only to be told my mechanic was "just trying to scare me." They said it was just a sensor and claimed they fixed it. But not long after, the same issues came back--worse. At one point, I was going back to the dealership twice a week trying to get this resolved. They only took my complaints seriously once I started escalating. This is not how a reputable business should operate. What you need to know: * They do not perform thorough inspections on the cars they sell. * They dismiss serious mechanical issues unless you fight to be heard. * The 5-star reviews are misleading--they pressure or incentivize customers to write glowing reviews during or right after purchase, when everything feels fine. The real problems start about a month later, when you're stuck with a lemon and monthly payments. * Their review strategy misrepresents the true consumer experience and creates a false sense of trust for new buyers. Im was a young 19 year old girl, who knew nothing about cars and dealerships and has no adults/professionals near her to assist. I was desperate for a new car after my everyday reliable broke down on me finally. They saw this and took advantage of my situation Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Luxe Motors might seem helpful during the sale, but if anything goes wrong, you'll be left on your own, they might "help" you fix the issue but request a fee under the table (if you're naive like I was then you'll pay it--DO NOT), and FYI these "repairs" will be absolutely bare minimum and negligent--or worse, you'll be straight up blamed!!!! Jose might seem nice but this is all a part of their customer service requirement to sell their lemon vehicles. I directly asked him PRIOR TO SALE: "are there any mechanical issues with this car? It's going to be my birthday present to myself. I would be disappointed if you lie". And he reassured me and let me know that the car was in mint condition. The Auto Check History might also look convincing--this is because they do not disclose the main issues. THESE ARE AUCTIONED CARS. Better off going to Carvana!! **Side-note: They also like their payments through Zelle which is soooo shady in itself. read more

Waited for some time to pass before posting this. As said in other reviews "Steven" texted me immediately after he saw my yelp and Google reviews saying that he did not deserve that rating that I gave him. He claimed that he never did anything wrong and attempted to do right by me the entire time. That was a lie, they never attempted to work on my car. It sat in their lot for a month, and they only attempted to do work on it when I threaten them with legal action, but hey, they have to keep up their lie to save face. I had to block him and Simon to keep them from continuing to contact me. "Steven" hides behind a screen to make you feel bad for calling him out on his shady business practices and Simon is the one who becomes rude and aggressive if you're face-to-face. Unfortunately, this is an update to my previous 5 star review. As you can see from my previous review when I purchased the vehicle, the check engine light had come on immediately after buying the vehicle. Sadly, there has been issue after issue with this car from day one. There have been so many repairs both large and small. I recently found out that I am going to need to replace the catalytic converter within the next year which should not be the case with a vehicle of this age and mileage. In addition, there is going to need to be structural work done. Very unhappy that I've had to dump so much money into this car over the short two and a half years I've owned it. The sales team are all very nice & friendly but most importantly; they are all very PATIENT with DIGNITY. Yes... The salespeople are dishonest and misleading, acting like they have the perfect car ready for you and your specifications and needs. But when it comes down to signing the paperwork, all of a sudden they become inflexible and solely focused on closing the deal. Make sure to get a mechanic's inspection before signing the paperwork. Absolutely wish I could give this place ZERO stars because that's all it's worth. Absolutely horrid customer service - salesman "Jake" is smug, rude, condescending, and completely unhelpful! Was completely disagreeable when it came to helping me with financing, and when I went to pick it up, the gas tank was EMPTY, even though I called ahead and asked that it be filled. I live 90 miles away and it was the least Jake could do given that I paid $20k for a car. When I turned it on to drive it off the lot, the screen said it needed service - when I brought that to Jake's attention, he changed his story TWICE and told me it had been there the whole time. Like any self respecting person, had I seen that it needed service during the test drive, I would not have made the purchase in the first place. The experience I had in the beginning coming to an agreement, as a single mom in need of a car, going thru a divorce was not a bad one. It was after that I am having trouble. My check engine light has been going on and off about 6-8 wks after I purchased the car. Today I took my car in because my tire blew and the tire/mechanic shop confirmed 4 BAD tires, he gave me a laundry list of items that are in need of repair and asked me how long I had the car, assuming I did not care for it. I told the mechanic I purchased the car in late Feb. He said that the dealership should have done an inspection on the car prior to selling because this car should not have been sold as is and is shocked it passed smog. I let the gentleman know Luxe is connected to a auto shop and he said it doesn't take much for an experienced mechanic to falsely pass a smog check. I sent the list of items over to Luxe, the response was "you are out of warranty". When asked to call them directly, I was told there was nothing wrong with the car and basically I bought it so it's now my problem. MY mechanic said this car has about $5000 worth of repairs at minimum, catalytic converters, power steering, bad sensors, bad tires, etc. If you have experienced similar issues, please get in touch with me, I am taking the necessary action to ensure that as a single mom who is out of work and looking for a new job (due to COVID and a college student), has a running vehicle. read more

I purchased a used 2013 BMW 740LI on 11/23/2019. I drive less than 4 blocks from my home to work. The first light to come on was the seat belt light. The second problem was the sunroof not closing (which I fixed myself) which they told me was a fuse. After looking on youtube I found it was a simple reset holding down the sunroof button for 30 seconds. The next light to come on was the tire sensors. The next thing was the right headlight going out. They said it was only $30-$40 to replace. They forgot to mention that you have to take the entire front end off to replace which costs me $250! The picture of my car shows it smoking on December the 4th WHICH IS ONLY 11 DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE! NOW on 1-12-20 after driving less than 5 miles the car stalled out, lost power to steering and brakes with my 16 year son in the car I struggled to get it to the side of the road without killing us or someone else!!!! I have taken the car to a repair shop that specializes in BMW and the bottom line is the fuel pump has to be changed...$1,500.00!!!!!! They were very nice, kind and really enthusiastic when I first called in but now that these major problems have come up they are now where to be found! They said it has been past 30 days and I am on my own. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! The second Jake and I began to discuss the issues from the car inspection I paid for, (which showed damage from an accident that was never reported on Carfax) of the Rav 4 I was going to buy, he was adamant that there was no possibility of negotiating the price or replacing the necessary damaged parts. I was shocked because he had told me at least twice that he would definitely have the water pump replaced and kept reaffirming me by saying he was "very willing to work with me" with all of my additional concerns! Up until that point he was super helpful and attentive. He was eager to put me at ease with my needs and persuasive in making sure he met them. However once the actual time came to finalize everything, the light switched and suddenly there was absolutely zero room to reduce the price or repair anything the inspection showed needed replacing. I came in to see a truck that was advertised on line at $12,998. The advertisement also noted that they offered financing. It didn't say anything about the base price being higher if you opted for financing. After looking at the truck and taking it for a test drive, we decided we would buy it. When asked if we wanted to finance it, I said yes, but also wanted to negotiate the price. The salesman, Jake, said sure, but first lets look at financing. After he put in the information and got a reply, I was finally given a look at the documents. The base price had jumped from $12,998 to $14,998! When I questioned it, he told me it was $2,000 more to finance it, because it costs them more (which is a lie, as car companies always get a kick back from the finance companies). After a bit, I finally made an offer of $13,000 flat including tax and fees. He wouldn't budge a bit, and stuck firmly to $14,276.70. We walked out. Later I got an email from them, but the price was still the same. We ended up going to a reputable dealership, got a great truck with no worries. read more

This company lives up to the "car dealer" reputation. I had an appointment with Steve and when I got there they told me Steve wasn't available, so they assigned me Jake. Jake was shocking to me, the most unprofessional person I have ever met! He looked and sounded like he didn't want to be there. I felt like he was doing me a favor by showing me the car. When I looked at the car I was surprised to see how deceiving the pictures were. I was so mad since I informed them that I'm coming an hour away. The car was SO dirty!!!! IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! My girlfriend and I came here because this place was recommended to us. We were told to go to Jake which we did and that was a MISTAKE! From the moment we stepped in he was every limited in talking and sarcastic.He decided to wait until after us signing papers and giving the deposit for the car to tell us it was bought in a auction and it had been salvaged. We were also under the impression that the car was a certain amount and by the time we started to sign paper that price had doubled!!
