She kept us updated throughout the process, and our car arrived right on schedule in March. Going into delivery day, I was honestly prepared for the typical dealership experience where you have to say no over and over to extended warranties and add-ons. Fortunately, that wasn't the case at all. The whole process was smooth, fast, and very respectful. Angel, the finance manager, was a pleasure to work with. He was efficient, professional, and didn't feel predatory or salesy, which we really appreciated. They also gave us a fair deal on our trade-in for my beloved 11-year-old Prius which made the transition feel a lot easier. Overall, everything felt transparent and low stress. We're very happy with our new Grand Highlander and would absolutely recommend Tara and the team at Cabe Toyota.

I have had bad experiences in the past, but working with DONYA recently to buy out my lease was the BEST EXPERIENCE I've had with Honda. SHE SPOKE TO ME LIKE I WAS A HUMAN, not just a sale walking through the door. We had a great conversation for about 20 mins before we even started talking about my car. Once we got into the buy-out process, everything was communicated amazingly, and she did everything she could to make sure I left happy (which I did). If you go to LB Honda for a car, I highly recommend calling ahead and scheduling a chat with DONYA QUINTERO!!

    THEY CRACKED MY WINDSHIELD--AND THEN CALLED ME A LIAR…read more I took my car to Long Beach Honda for an A/C repair. At 4:05 PM, I received a text saying my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived, however, I was told it would be at least another hour. Apparently, the text had been sent by an AI and not by an actual employee. Around 5:50 PM, I watched an employee pull my car out of the service garage. Instead of bringing it to the customer pickup area like every other vehicle, they drove it around the block and parked it in a customer lot on the far side of the dealership. At 5:55PM, as the service department was closing, they finally handed me my keys. I asked why my car had been left so far away when every other customer's vehicle had been brought directly to the pickup area. They insisted this was completely normal. When I reached my car, I discovered that my windshield had been cracked. Unfortunately, the service department had already closed for the day. I returned the following morning to report the damage, but they immediately denied responsibility, insisted the crack must have happened somewhere else, and even implied that I was being dishonest. And they are offered to give me a quote price to replace then windshield they damaged. Total scumbags!! Friends and neighbors had told me to avoid Long Beach Honda for service because of its poor reputation. I wish I had listened before bringing my car there. Now

But, I was treated well and did not feel pressured. I give particular high marks to my salesperson, Robert, who reached out to me via phone and text without any pressuring. On the day I test drove the Outback, Robert was very knowledgeable about Subarus and helpful in answering my questions on this model. As this is my 4th Subaru spanning four decades, I really appreciated Robert not simply reciting talking points but rather being insightful enough to understand my particular questions on this particular model and tried to make my time at Timmons Subaru as comfortable as possible. And, he made sure I had new all-weather mats as part of the purchase. Thanks.

I reached out to the…read moredealership about a car they didn't have on the lot, but Russell give me very specific details about the ordering process in case I wanted to order one to my spec. Furthermore, he invited me and my wife to come down and test drive a similar model before placing the order to confirm the trim and options we want. The entire time, there was ZERO, absolutely ZERO, pressure from him just to make a sale. He spend time answering all my questions, gave very detailed explanations, and even contacted corporate for me and looked into an issue related to my purchase. Contacted him on a Thursday about a car, went to test drive Friday, placed an order that day, and came home with the car exactly a week later. Of all the car buying experience and programs I have participated in, Russell is BY FAR, the most polite, honest, and sincere sales person my wife and I have ever interacted with. Seriously, ask for this man if you are thinking about buying. You are not going to regret it. It is an honorable mention that his son, Rusty, also works at the dealership and he helped me order the Crosstrek I bought my parents back in 2022. Another top notch sales person. This dealership is very fortunate to have this father/son team.

I have purchased a Benz 4 times and a Porsche 3 times in my lifetime. For BMW, it was my 2nd time. He patiently explained all the features of the vehicle and walked me through the process step by step before I left the dealership. Even though it was 10-11 pm, he had excellent knowledge, was super lovely, and was not a pushy salesman. I came to this store once, and I closed the deal right away, unlike other BMW salespeople who don't know what they are doing. He will definitely earn my 2nd business soon. I should have paid attention to the fact that there were several people in the waiting room waiting on their cars to be serviced. And when I asked about the lower rating the dealership has online, they said it was due to the Service Department. Well, I live out of town and will be getting my car serviced in Bakersfield, so the service department does not matter to me. NOTE: It took them well over a month and many follow up calls to get me the second key to our Certified BMW, which I learned later was supposed to be given at the time of sale when it is a CPO (Certified Pre Owned) sale. Now that I have had the car a couple of years, things change and I traded it in for a brand-new car. In doing so, I have this Unlimited Miles Warranty that has 2.5 years remaining on it. I called BMW to see about having the remaining amount prorated back to me in a credit. They said that I needed to speak with Long Beach BMW where I Purchased the car, Finance Department to receive this credit. I have called this dealership 15-20 times now. NEVER a return call. How Rude right? So when it comes to making the sale, they are all about you and making that money. But when it comes to service, they have obvious issues and especially when seeking to speak to them after the sale, they have no interest in speaking with you since that would involve refunding you a balance they you deserve. They are just there to make money. Don't let them fool you into thinking that they are a Service Oriented Provider. BMW makes a Nice Car. There are Plenty of Dealerships that will sell you one. You may want to look for options at dealerships other than Long Beach BMW.

    Was referred to True Car by my employer to Caruso Mazda. Was ready to purchase a car. Contacted by…read moreIbe on Wednesday who never got back to us, then on Thursday Arthur contacted us and also never got back to us. Tried to contact both several times with no response. On Friday Steve the mgr apologized and said he will personally put a great deal together for the car we want so we can buy this weekend. Told him only wanted a red with automatic transmission, and it would be a purchase, I was sent details for a lease, and an offer for a red with manual transmission. Told him it was wrong and I had to wait 5 hours at the end of day where he said he only had one but in gray not red. I looked at his inventory and sent him note showing a red automatic in stock. He Never responded. Arthur contacted me and asked if I saw offer and I told him the details of the mistakes, he said Steve left for day and he will follow up with him. Waited until the end of next day Saturday until I finally got a response from Arthur not Steve with a offer on a red car which still showed Manuel transmission again, after questioning him, he said it was just a sample car and they would need to get the right car. What if we went to dealership and they made mistake again and didn't have the correct car and would try to sell any car in stock? Between everyone not caring, and not knowing what they are doing, mistake after mistake, how do they stay in business? This entire Disrespectful situation was terrible. Have purchased more cars than the average buyer and never had this terrible behavior from staff and especially from the mgr. Steve never contacted us after the first mistaken offer. I'm sure we're not the only ones being treated like this, dealership loosing business, why would a mgr. Treat a buyer terrible On top of it they have most of these unusual charges, which I've never seen before, are these additional fees that go directly to the dealership? Steve & no one else has been in touch at all on Sunday.
