Right after the initial cut and color she proceeded to blow dry and curl my hair. I had to ask her to straighten it so I could see the cut. I had to ask her to cut more layers. My hair is thick and if it's cut all one length it looks poofy. Now that it's grown out it all looks one length. I had received a bad haircut from Great Clips and basically told the owner to just try to fix it the best he could. He did a great job. There are a couple other people that work there as contractors, but I don't think they have a receptionist. If you're local and need an appointment, it's probably best to stop in to make one.
