Went to check out a new washing machine since ours stopped working abruptly. We were preparing for the worst if we had to replace it. We spoke with a really friendly and nice staff member who was well informed and took the time to address our questions about Speed Queen. However, we decided to have a service technician come and check it out to see how serious it was before making a decision to replace our washer. They dispatched Josh to our home and he was great. Very respectful and professional and got to work right away. He figured out the issue which thank goodness was not major and fixed the washer. He tested it out prior to leaving and I was so grateful that he was able to take care of it on the spot and didn't have to order parts for it. Kudos to everyone at this business! Absolutely the best. The belt on my 10-year old Speed Queen broke. I called on Tuesday saying there was no rush, they came out Friday and it was done in an hour. I had them replace belt, the idler wheel and the water pump while they were at it. That way I will last for another 10 years at least. The price was right considering i aksed for al lot more than just the belt. read more

We purchased our Speed Queen washer and dryer set over 5 years ago, brand new. The owner convinced us it was the best and HE WAS RIGHT! Absolutely the best most dependable appliances we ever owned. Have not had a single problem with it in all this time. I take care of it which is one reason and don't abuse them. Best INVESTMENT we have ever made, investment because they are pricey but WORTH EVERY DIME! Plus we bought it based on his recommendation AND HIS POLITICAL SIGNS! Very Good Customer Service!!! I went into Andy's Appliance Service with my mother to get a new washing machine and they were extremely knowledgeable on the products that they sell. They don't have pushy salesman like SEARS or any other company. The guy will tell you how long certain brands will ACTUALLY last unlike bigger businesses. Andy arrived and repaired our problem with our oven. He is honest, considerate, and professional. I would recommend him to anyone needing help. He will even tell you if he is unable to fix something BEFORE he charges you. As it turns out, it was a minor issue so he didn't even charge us for his time.
