The first two repair companies, told us the downstairs refrigerator was old and it wasn't worth replacing the compressor Ponderosa Appliance found a loose wire, reconnected it and it's working great. The first two repair companies, told us they would be back to fix a refrigerator ice maker, and we never heard from them again. Ponderosa diagnosed the refrigerator and said the icemaker needs a new part. They gave us a quote which surprised us how inexpensive it was considering how expensive the refrigerator was. This is a company with Integrety, expertise and they deliver! I wish I could give them more stars because they beyond deserve it.

Repairman showed up a half hour early diagnosed problem. Parts "coupler" were installed and laundry was back in business. This is the second time I've used Adobe, and will recommend them in the future. Honest, on time and good on price.

Adobe Appliance came out in June 2017. The freezer wasn't staying cold. The repairman said that I…read morewould need to order the parts that were required, and he would get back with me. They called a couple days later and gave me a price for the parts that were needed. Office person said, "are you sitting down?" I can't remember the exact price, but it was around $535. I told her I didn't necessarily like the price, but if that's what it took to fix it... then go ahead and order the parts. The parts came in and they came out and installed them. The next day the freezer STILL wasn't working. I called Whirlpool instead about what to do. They said they would need the Adobe Appliance repairman to come out and call their tech department to walk through the repair/inspection with them. The Adobe Appliance repairman came back out and was on the phone for a long time with tech department. When he finished doing what they said, he unhooked the reverse osmosis because it was leaking. The freezer STILL wasn't working after this. I called Whirlpool back; their employee was checking on it. She said would need to call Adobe... and was on hold for 50 minutes. When she came back on the phone, she said Adobe told her that the refrigerator was working fine when they left! I hung up, and called back Adobe myself, and she said that it was her fault, she was thinking of a different customer. She had an email from previous contact with Whirlpool and said she would email her. I asked her if she could send me copy of email. I called her the next day, and she said "she couldn't do it yet because she's too busy." I never did get copy, and don't know if she ever sent it. I called Whirlpool back, and they said would send a different company out. Another company came out, and said that the refrigerator actually didn't need any parts; it was truly not able to be repaired. Whirlpool said they would replace refrigerator. I called Adobe back. They said they weren't refunding me because the parts were installed in the refrigerator already. I said that you can have the parts back, because they didn't work and were never needed. She said that they had been out twice already. After all this hassle, I offered to even split the cost with them. The bill was just a little under $700!!! She said the owner was out of the country until September 1. I said I would call back. I waited until September 11 before I called back. Gianna said, "let me get Carol." Gianna came back on the phone, only to say, "Carol is busy, and she will call you at HER convenience." Adobe Appliance does NO follow up with their customers, and has absolutely NO customer service at the office! The repairman they sent out did not have the correct knowledge about repairing appliances, as he called for parts that were NEVER even needed in the first place. I feel SCAMMED because they aren't even offering some kind of refund for their OWN mistake! I noticed another dissatisfied customer had written a review similar to my situation. Please potential customers beware, learn from my mistake and think twice before you use them!!!

We called these folks to service an electrical issue with our Conduction Cooktop that was changing…read moretemperatures and turning off randomly. When the technician arrived he informed us that there was a hairline crack in the glass and we would have to pay to replace it prior to diagnosing the electrical issue, and he gave me a price. After he left I had a look at the glass cooktop, and there was a large crack going across it that was NOT there prior to the technician's visit. I talked to him, and asked him about the crack, that was not there prior to their visit. Pro Appliance called me back, said it was my word against theirs. And that they would not do the repair any longer because I assused their technician of breaking the glass. Well the reason I accused the Technician of breaking the glass is because the crack was not there prior to the technician coming out, and it was there after they left. I clean that cooktop twice daily, and there was no crack. I offered to pay for the repair reguardless, and they still refuse to pay. I don't know when companies stopped acting with integrity. When people stopped taking responsibility for their actions. Pro Appliance lies, and refuses to back up their work.
