However, we decided to have a service technician come and check it out to see how serious it was before making a decision to replace our washer. They dispatched Josh to our home and he was great. Very respectful and professional and got to work right away. He figured out the issue which thank goodness was not major and fixed the washer. He tested it out prior to leaving and I was so grateful that he was able to take care of it on the spot and didn't have to order parts for it. Kudos to everyone at this business!
