Yes, it's a chain but we love it. Only thing that would help bump this to a 5 star would be employees that are friendly. They were not rude, just didn't act like they wanted to be there. Although this is getting pretty common anywhere you go, it would just be nice to go somewhere where people are friendly. read more

Ten times better than regular ice cream and frozen yogurt, Andy's makes vanilla and chocolate frozen custard all day long. It's always fresh and it's always yummy. Drive through or walk-up. I've noticed that the drive through can sometimes take a while, since they don't have a microphone system. They can only serve the car and the customers that are currently stopped at the window. Unless the weather is bad, if there are more than three or four cars lined up, you might want to consider parking and walking up to the windows. Mrs. K. had a banana milkshare (custard-shake?) today that was absolutely wonderful. Tip: the "small" is plenty. I can't imagine anyone eating an entire "large" by themselves. Well, maybe I can. Some of the best frozen custard I've had! Deserves a 5 star. We ordered the small vanilla w/ oreo topping, small strawberry shortcake custard and a blackberry concrete. The blackberry's were nice and plump and fresh, I'll probably be going back tonight for another one tonight. Wife ordered the Strawberry shortcake which had warm shortcake at the bottom topped with the vanilla custard and fresh strawberries, also really good! I would highly recommend this place to anyone stopping through and visiting Branson. The ice cream was great. Getting our order right was NOT great. We order all mediums +1 small. And they mixed it up and gave us ALL smalls +1 medium. Then had to send back ice cream to correct it. have never seen such a display of arrogant rudeness in my life. Manager delivered the order which did not look right. When we asked about it she said. "Yup, that should be right." To which I asked, "I know it should be, but is it?" " I know we paid for the right thing but this doesn't look like the right thing" . . . and I held out to her. Frozen custard, in my opinion, far exceeds ice cream. It's so good and creamy and Andy's did not disappoint.
