We went in for a to go order and the place had a lot of people there. The staff was all over the place. All the people there looked like they were new and confused. The food was amazing I got a family sized fry with medium cheese curds. Don't get me wrong the fry's were great but the cheese curds were hot but not flavorful like they should be. First time at Culver's. We chose the drive thru and it was great. The man taking our order was very pleasant. However, when we got our food, the boxes they put the burgers in were so greasy that they fell apart. It was just a huge mess. The burgers were a little too salty but flavorful. Never got to taste the food. Went there with a Culver's coupon from a local magazine but they would not honor it. The manager pointed to a sign on the counter stating that they will not honor those coupons. I assume it was because people were actually using them. I refused to eat there out of principle. This is a terrible business practice and they should not provide coupons that they do not intend to honor. read more

I come from a state where breaded pork tenderloin sandwiches are not available. My roots are Indiana BPT sandwiches. When I discovered while in Branson MO that Culver's was known for BPT sandwiches I knew we were going. What I didn't know was that it was a "fast food" establishment, but I didn't care. I also knew that some folk didn't like Culver's because they are BPT snobs or lived in a state where they were abundant. I didn't care and I was not disappointed. For this BPT starved girl it was great! We got there after the church rush and you could tell that they had been busy, but it still felt clean and they continued to clean as customers left their tables. I got it with everything which I know a purist never does, but like I said BPT starved. The service was great, staff very helpful and friendly. Food was so good I should have had one every day I was in Branson and I'm sorry I didn't. I don't know if it was a preformed, frozen delicacy, but it didn't seem pre-formed and don't care if it was frozen. I had to take a picture and send it to my parents in the before mentioned BPT desert state as they were raised in Indiana and taught me to love the sandwich. Don't forget to get their concrete for dessert. It was delicious. Well done Culver's in Branson MO. I might just have to move Branson closer to my top 10 places to go based strictly on your BPT sandwich. However, consider central Oklahoma if you're looking to expand. Stopped at drive thru one night and got one of the best rueben sandwiches ever! Cudos to the night shift!

We particularly like their burgers and usually share the double bacon burger. We love that they will actually make the fries crispy if you request it - and we do. Also like gettin a free single dip frozen treat on your next visit by filling out a review on the back of the receipt. And you can pay a bit extra and upgrade it to a hot fudge sundae. Only negative is with young order takers you frequently have to repeat the order as their minds are somewhere else. read more

Horrible experience. Went through the drive thru around 6pm Saturday night--pulled forward as instructed and waited..and waited..we asked multiple employees for an ETA bc we had Sight&Sound tickets--well over 30 mins later we found out an employee gave our food to a different car. The manager came out and offered a refund that we would have to wait for, we could continue to wait for food, or come back later ..by then we were running late and had crying..hungry ...children in the car. My husband gave up and told them we would just come back after the show.. not that the kids are even hungry anymore. ..but he was determined. When we came back at 1040pm-- they gave us our order ..fries were cold, no drinks ..no apology. Just an overall horrible experience. What a shame! The food is always really good. The service is a bit slow but it's a fast casual so you can grab a booth and chill while waiting for your order since the menu items are fresh and cooked to order when you order. You'll have a little number and they will bring your food to you. Remember this if you use the drive-thru. I recommend staying and eating inside, especially during our hot summers! It's nice and cool and you can further enjoy a chill with their amazing custards. They always have a "flavor of the day" and their sundaes are ginormous. My entire family loves the occasional Culver's treats. I'd highly recommend the cheese curds!!! As good as always. The fish is normally what I get and there's one criticism. I'm guessing it's the same at all locations but when it's served the bottom always gets wet and mushy so you have to hope your order just came out of the fryer so you can turn the pieces upside down on top of your fries as soon as you get your order. This location has always been good when it comes to food quality. Everything always seems fresh. Our last visit was during The Rona and who I can only imagine was the manager came out while we waited at one of the drive thru spots and apologized for the wait, they had dropped one of our pieces of fish and would we like complimentary frozen custards while we waited. We declined and told him we understood but found it quite nice of him to offer. Not that we have options on which Culver's to go to in this town but it's always in the running when we're trying to figure out where to eat. Recommended. read more

The chocolate dish was ok, the flavor of the day dish was soup, and the flavor of the day cone was handed to me in a dish...melted. The attendant said, "yeah, it's a bit soupy." I said I wasn't taking that and asked for a chocolate cone, 15 minutes later, I got my cone. I asked for the manager but they never came. They were perfect just the way they were. I don't get to eat at a Culver's but maybe once every 6 month or so, so imagine my surprise and great disappointment when I ordered my favorite meal and were given breaded cheese curds instead of battered curds. The texture was dry and the cheese was not gooey/stretchy. These other cheese curds get an F minus. You only getting a 1 star because of the pork tenderloin sandwich. read more

The first time we at Culver's was a couple of days after it opened in Rogers, we ate inside to see what it was like.My husband ordered a hamburger and fries, he liked them. I had the shrimp dinner with coleslaw and it was okay. This evening I went to the drive-up window and ordered the 3 piece dinner for my husband, I said 3 piece several times but he took the order as 2 pieces, My husband said the fish was okay. I ordered a Reuben sandwich and onion rings. The sandwich was super greasy and there was maybe a tablespoon of sauerkraut on it. I love Rubens but this one was a thumbs down. read more

We popped by for lunch on our way home & were not disappointed. My husband and I both got the bacon deluxe burger meal with fries. This consists of a butter burger with all the typical fixings and fries. Which could be substituted for cheese curds or onion rings. I'm fairly positive that I saw other sides on the menu like mashed potatoes and gravy and broccoli. There was also a pork loin sandwich on the menu. We really enjoyed our meals. I'm not a regular at Culver's but judging by the crowd and listening to the conversations, there are a lot of regulars who come here. Mostly older. Loud country music and spacious dining room with carpet probably appeals to a senior crowd. As well as bland food. Salt would do wonders for everything on their menu but I guess you can always add that which I did. Never been a fan of crinkle -cut fries and they require a lot of catsup but obviously there are plenty of people who like them. Food was very fresh and hot and service very friendly. $9.50 seems a little high for a fish sandwich, small fries and a drink at a quick device restaurant . 5 stars for service and 3 for food read more

So glad to see a Culver's in Branson. This place is legit folks. From the venerable Wisconsin burgers & custard chain--this is top notch fast food in the company of Chik Fil A. Locate very nearby to the "Explore Branson Visitor's Bureau." Close to Yakov, Kirby, and (for a couple months longer until he moves theaters) Daniel O'Donnell. Staff is always above-average, populated by mostly youngsters. They offer employee benefits that include college scholarships (my bro in MN was a recipient back in '02-'03). The kids smile, are polite, and ..gasp...actually seem to enjoy their fast food jobs. Burger, cod sandwich, and chicken wings (now have buffalo) are all legit. Crinkle fries, all custards, and root beer are all worthy of your time. If your heart doctor gives you permission to either (a) celebrate your good health or (b) warns you to prepare for your last meal--the cheese curds are the bomb! Will acknowledge that in my last several visits across locations (North Texas, St. Louis, now Branson) have seen a little fluctuation in the taste of the burger. The burger is a step behind the Five Guys and the modern gourmet burger shack (Twisted Root, etc). However the pricing is fast-food. It's amongst the best in the ff class for sure. read more

However, Culver's is THE best place to get flavorful, made-to-order, fresh, hot burgers that rarely disappoint. My family and I were on a road-trip and decided to stop for Culver's. Everyone (except me) had their usual order and from the look, smell, and taste of things, it was another fantastic meal. The ingredients and cooking method delivered the same, high-quality experience you come to expect from a major chain. I tried something new, their spicy crispy chicken sandwich, and it was great. It's a limited-time offering, so get there quick to try it out. It's not as good as Chick-fil-a (the platinum standard for chicken sandwiches), but pretty darn good. Also, the service at this location was great--they were all helpful and friendly. Consistency is, truly, a wonderful thing... except when you compare it to spontaneous, out-of-the-ordinary fun! read more
