I witnessed a Vietnam Veteran struggle to place an order because the employee could not clearly explain what he would actually receive. It was upsetting to watch. I've also had repeated issues with to-go orders being incorrect, and preparation is inconsistent. This location has gone downhill. Management needs to address customer service and menu clarity.
