This was my first visit to Andy's! A colleague swears by them so I decided to give them a try. I recommend reviewing the menu ahead of time. They offer so many options and combinations you might hold up the like I did trying to decide! The team member working the drive up was incredibly patient and helpful. I went with a concrete. I was definitely not disappointed. The custard was rich and creamy. The mix ins including hot fudge and pecans were generous. This was the perfect end to a gorgeous summer evening. read more

Andy's frozen custard is a transplant from Springfield Missouri. I'm not sure where they originated from, but I only know them from Springfield and I'm happy to see there are two locations now in Saint Charles County. One across from Lindenwood University and one on Mid Rivers Mall Drive. I really like the jackhammer which is a concrete with the center filled with caramel or fudge topping. Very decadent. I also like to get the cherry chocolate chip concrete. I tried the key lime pie concrete and while it was delicious, it was a little bit too rich for me. Andy's is also participating in GiftAMeal so if you log into the app and take a picture of your receipt or a picture while you were at Andy's of your ice cream or the store, GiftAMeal will provide a meal to a person in need in St. Louis. I love this program! If you haven't downloaded the app, please do! Whenever you go somewhere to eat just open the app and you will get a list of nearby participating restaurants and this can help you choose one to visit., There is usually a long line at Andy's and it is well deserved. They run their drive-through similar to Chick-fil-A and it is very efficient and quick. I've always had very friendly service with a smile. read more

My absolute favorite place to grab dessert when I'm visiting the area. I'm from CA and I make it a necessity to get Andy's when I'm in town. They've got a drive thru which makes things easy, and they have everything from sundaes, concretes, shakes, etc. My personal favorite is the strawberry shortcake sundae they have in the summer, and the straw-ana sundae is great, too. The darn sign is at it again: SMORES ARE BACK BEST CARAMEL APPLES! They need a bigger sign, I guess. There wasn't any room to mention the Pumpkin Pie Concrete. Which is delicious. I suspect the caramel apples are made off site. They're served wrapped in plastic tied with a ribbon. They are totally superior to the sad little Happy Apples you might find at the grocery store. The S'mores Jackhammer is not bad, either. I try not to think about it. I have a weakness for S'mores. Same standard Andy's decor, just with some new ad copy for the current specials. Winter is coming, so you may want to head back to your car to eat your treats once this current Indian Summer is gone. FYI, they apparently do have a customer accessible restroom. This custard is worth the eat. Cup or cone drizzled with goodies customized to your liking. Each item sold is like a fingerprint of goodness. I often walk to this location because why drive. I need to walk before I dive into this yummy cup of sweetness. The place is tiny yet humble. The employees are very mature and just as sweet as the items they sale. I give them five stars. I don't get the unfavorable reviews. Andy's Frozen Custard is creamy and delicious. It really doesn't get better than this. Little secret...Not everything they have is listed on the menu board. Their website will list all toppings, sauces, etc. The only thing to really complain about is no whipped cream! Today I had a Butterscotch Sundae. It was delicious! Do you know how difficult it is to find butterscotch in 2021? It is! This isn't my neighborhood but I'm sure I'll be back the next time I'm around. read more

We really like Andy's custard it in general taste good. My first experience with Andy's was many years ago in another city. Then they opened 2 close by. I have been to this one a few times and my experience was pretty good. My most recent experience was a little disappointing. I ordered a banana split. They didn't have what is normally a banana split this one was just strawberries with cherries a marshmallow cream. I thought I would try it let's just say I was disappointed in it. The custard was delicious like always but, the strawberries were nasty old just this side of fermented and marshmallow cream made it even worse. It wasn't hot but for some reason my custard looked flat. I was very disappointed I ended up just eating the custard and eating around everything else. My friend got a pumpkin concrete he said was delicious and my husband got the ooey gooey concrete which we had before it is good except they do over kill on the almonds. I usually get mine without the almonds. He got his the normal way. He said there were so many nuts in it you couldn't taste the custard. So if you get this concrete ask for no or less nuts. Overall I like Andy's I just have to not get this banana split and try something else. This is just my opinion give it a try and make your own opinion. read more

Finally an Andy's in St. Peter's! I'm a huge fan so it's gonna be dangerous for my wallet living so close to one. My go-to is The Mizzou Tiger Streak: vanilla custard blended with Oreo, creme caramel, and hot fudge. It's amazing. The service is somewhat slow but that's expected since everyone working here is still training. And I found an entire pecan at the bottom of my custard. The Mizzou doesn't come with pecans lol. The customer service here is amazing with amazing workers that are extremely caring and when I went always had a smile on there face. This place gives an amazing vibe and looks so cute at night. This would definitely be an amazing place to go if you want great customer service! Don't get me wrong the ice cream is good I personally just believe that in comparison to Silky's I wouldn't choose Andy's. Standing in line 8pm on a Sunday, 10 people ahead of me and no one is taking order. 1 lady is delivering order and the line is not moving at all.
