The $8 2 scoop sundae....absolute rip off. Wrote to BR corporate. Heard nothing back...avoid the Baptist Church Road location.

As I promised the company and franchise owner who never took responsibility for the poorly prepared sundae delivered to my house. So this is a reminder to avoid the location in So County on Church Road. Neither the company nor the location made no attempt to make it right...too bad, but just more business for Ted Drew's...

I still like Baskin Robbins for their real ice cream. No custard or frozen yogurt just regular ice cream. They have wonderful flavors. Among my favs are jamocha almond fudge and chocolate fudge. Yep- I like fudge, and chocolate and coffee! This location needs a facelift. The floor is pretty worn and the tables and chairs are starting to fall apart. Also, it would be nice to have some outdoor seating in front of the place like benches. In general, the workers are pretty efficient. The prices can be a bit high but they always run coupons. I haven't tried any of the fancy ice cream places that have opened in St. Louis but the good old fashioned flavors of Baskin Robbins suit me just fine!

Baskin Robbins always cures the "I had a disappointing dinner" blues. I just went for it! Chocolate Chip and Pralines & Cream. There's nothing better!

Freeze made with seltzer instead of Sprite. Awful! Refused a refund or replacement by the manager. Save your $. Don't go here!

Trust me. You do NOT want to go to this Baskin-Robbins location! Save your $$$$. The service is horrible!! I've never given a one star review to anything, but believe me this Baskin-Robbins earned it. My son ordered a freeze and asked that it be made with Sprite and sherbert. He was told that freezes can NOT be made with Sprite, despite the fact that he has had the same product at the same store for the past 10 + years. He was told the they could use seltzer water and it would taste the same. He took one sip. It did NOT. When we asked for a refund the manager on duty (Maddy) said she could not do that because he had taken a sip. ONE sip? You've got to be kidding me? Don't believe me, take a look on their facebook page. I posted a picture! (https://www.facebook.com/SaintLouisBaskinRobbins?viewer_id=150400263) When we asked for a replacement with another product, the manager refused. Despite every effort to allow this young manager to rectify the situation, she continued to refuse any help to correct the product/situation. In fact she was outright hostile. This is not the service I've come to expect from Baskin-Robbins. This was not my first visit at this location. In fact it was probably my 100+. I will NOT go back. There must have been a change in franchisee owners. Either that or they've hired the world's worst teenage manager. So Shannon Baker (listed on their card as the franchisee), PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE train your employees. This is not the way to deal with a long-time customer--make that any customer for that matter. As for me and my family who spent over $15 during this visit, we will not be back. We'll go to Cold Stone or Fro-Yo where service and the customer are truly valued! Sorry Baskin-Robbins this was a BIG F-A-I-L for you. And after reading the other reviews here on Yelp, it looks like there's a pattern. So customers beware! Save your money folks or go somewhere else. No one deserves to be treated as poorly as we were treated!

Just one of the many scrumptious treats from BR!

The restroom had cockroaches everywhere and the staff is rude. Also the ice cream tastes freezer burn.

There's a cute little gift shop next door if you're looking for some St. Louis souvenirs, too. Ordering feels a bit chaotic, but it's part of the ambiance. Everyone is friendly and the staff is efficient and seemed to be adequately staffed for the long lines. Don't get intimidated by the chaos outside, they move pretty quick and the custard is so good! My favorite treat is the mocha and chocolate concrete, but I've tried a couple of flavors and none have disappointed.

It definitely lives up to the hype in terms of popularity--the place was packed even at 10:30 PM, but the line moved quickly thanks to their efficient service. The concept is simple: the custard starts with a vanilla base, and you can customize it with a variety of toppings. They also offer a few other flavor options, so there's plenty to choose from. We tried a couple of different custards, and while they were good, I honestly didn't find them as exceptional as I expected given all the buzz. The flavors were enjoyable, but I felt they were a bit overpriced for what you get compared to other frozen dessert shops. One thing that surprised me was how quickly the custard started to melt, even before I had eaten much of it. Overall, it's worth trying if you're visiting St. Louis since it's such an iconic local spot, but for me, it didn't quite live up to the hype. It may be a beloved hometown favorite, but I'm not sure it's a must-visit destination for everyone.

Honestly that's what sold us! Arrived and promptly ordered that dessert and the carrot cake. Then the server told us of their "to die for" tiramisu and my partner immediately said yes. WOW let me tell you from a first hand experience two people do NOT need three desserts. Cyrano's gives you AMAZING portions. Just one would have been enough lol. Anyways, the carrot cake was my favorite. It was so big I had enough to take home! The tiramisu was good but it was being overpowered by the carrot cake that evening. As for the brain chemistry altering bread pudding.... That google review was 100% correct. It was delicious. 10/10. No notes. Please order it if you go to Cyrano's. The ambiance was a little dated but still looked nice. The staff was kind and quickly resolved the missing ice cream situation.

We came in on a Friday evening, a little before 8, and decided to sit at the bar. We didn't get home until 10:30. And we live 10 minutes away. Two and a half hours. The bartender was great, very sweet, and was super apologetic. She made us fantastic drinks all night. And I will say, the food was incredible. But it took almost an hour to get just our salads out. And then another hour to get our main. A gentleman behind us came in at 9PM and was gone by 10PM. I'm not sure if our ticket got lost or what, but it was a very odd experience for us. We shared a few things and I will say, they split the plates for us and it was awesome. I was a big fan of the food in general. But my complaint the first time here was timing of service, and looks like it's a continuous issue for them. It's a bummer because I would love to come back, and maybe if we're not starving and in the mood for a long drawn out meal, we'll come back, but definitely not going to be a regular spot for us.

As I was walking to the door, I see a man cleaning the tables. He walks toward the door as I'm walking up to it. We're literally standing face to face with the door in between us. I smile, he is stone faced. I go to open the door as he walks away. The door is locked. I try a few more times, thinking maybe it's me. I look around at the hours again, but next to it is a "we're open" sign. I try maybe 3-4 times more before I give up. I walk to the window and he's sitting at a table toward the back, looking at me. We just look at each other, then he looks at his computer. I turn toward my car, then turn back around and he's still looking at me! I sat in my car, confused. He never looked back up from his computer, so I left. Highly disappointed.

They made a fresh pot of coffee and even went the extra mile to go get ice as we came in later in the evening and they had run out. I did tell them they didn't need to, but he insisted which I thought was outstanding. This quaint little café is so charming inside. It allows people to gather eat a sweet treat and have general conversation conversations where you can actually hear one another. They do have outside seating too. The chocolate cake was soft and as a non-cake lover I found this very delicious. Definitely worthy of sharing. I ordered a quiche to go. I had mentioned they didn't have the spinach feta pastry that I had before. The gentleman stated we have some in the back, I'm happy to get you one. So I ordered that too. And although this was only our second time coming, the fact that they'll make a fresh pot of coffee in my opinion is key to a great café. I will keep this in my rotation of places to go.
