    Two Drive-thru Lanes

I'm a big Andy's fan and this new location (the first in Olathe) did not disappoint. The regular size straw-ana sundae ($5.89) was delicious and generously sized with plenty of fresh banana slices, fresh strawberries and creamy frozen custard goodness. I found the service at the takeout window to be cheerful, professional and efficient - nice! I noticed a covered order area with three takeout windows, space heaters above the windows, ten benches and two drive-thru lanes. Excellent!

    Lots of fresh fruit options!

A new location for a classic local favorite! So glad Andy's has come to Olathe! They're clean, fast, friendly and ready to go. Come check them out!

They serve yummy frozen custard. The concretes and custards are just the right consistency every time.

I got one kid size scoop for the two-year-old of cotton candy flavor. I got a medium cup for the older grandchild of bubblegum flavor. And I got a medium cup for myself that was a butter brickle type with some candy in it. We took our ice cream around the corner to the seating area. It was busy while we were there, but we found a seat. I thoroughly enjoyed my ice cream and the two year-old eat all of his cotton candy flavored ice cream. The six-year-old regretted the decision of the bubblegum ice cream. I decided to try hers and I agreed, it definitely tasted like bubblegum, but after several bites, I can see where it can make a person nauseous because it was two bubblegum flavored. It pretty much would be like eating a ton of bubblegum. I let her just throw it away because I didn't want her to get sick. Next time she said she would get cotton candy instead. It's a casual atmosphere with a fun signage about picking your ice cream personality. The only thing I would say to improve is the cleanliness of the dining room and the bathroom. But we would definitely try out any location because I think their ice cream is quality.

There are never any good coupons, promotions, or discount days, but even so, I continued to support your business, spending on average $17 a visit. I kept hoping that once you were more established, you'd start showing some appreciation to your customers. But today was the last straw. My bowl wasn't even filled to the top. When I politely asked the employee for a bit more fruit, especially since there were only five blueberries in my bowl and plenty of room left, I was told that management has instructed staff to put no more than five blueberries in each bowl. They are not allowed to fill the bowls anymore. This is a lousy business practice, and it speaks volumes about how little you value your customers. There's a new açaí bowl establishment just miles away that offers BOGO days, a rewards program that actually counts, and bowls filled to the brim. You can keep your five blueberries. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.
