Really love the creamy, thick custard and the topping choices. However they are a little pricey and then need a better system for matching up orders with customers - tonight there was mass confusion over who was next in line for the multiple orders of Butter Pecan. Really expensive ice cream for it to be handed to us already melted. Our cup holders were instantly full of ice cream, nothing was blended throughout, and you can't mix it yourself because it's overflowing with liquid ice cream containing all the toppings. We tried it as it's new. It was crowded but they are fast in getting the orders out. There's a little seating outside the ordering window and a drive through. Ive been bere multiple times and every time they are PACKED but ive never waited in line for more than 5 minutes as the orders are super fast. They have tons of options including seasonal and everything tastes amazing they also offer premade stuff that packaged that also tastes good. The people are so nice and theres plenty of space to park. Theres a couple bench's to sit down at but not many spots nearby to enjoy the ice-cream. The custard is amazing and the texture is almost sticky but super thick. This is a must go if your in town! read more

I unfortunately went to Andy's for the first time this evening . I was not happy with the outcome . I ordered a waffle cone with two scoops of ice cream which didn't appear to be adult size . I was charged a ridiculous price for a waffle cone and that's pretty much all I paid for. Ice cream melted all over me from the get go. There was a big hole on the bottom of the waffle cone and the waffle cone was very salty. read more

Honestly very disappointed in this location, my husband and I decided to try this place on our way home and ordered 1 malt and a concrete. After ordering we stepped to the side to wait for our order and my husbands concrete came out within about 5 minutes. No less than 20 orders that were placed after ours were served before I received my malt. We unfortunately needed to ask/remind them about our order 3 times before they acknowledged that we were missing anything. After a 28 minute wait and multiple reminders we finally received our order. A nearly half our wait for a simple malt is simply not acceptable read more
