My first visit to Andy's Frozen Custard and while it may be a good treat for some, I do not think it was my cup of tea. I think maybe the thick consistency of the custard itself (which I should have expected so not sure why I didn't). I tried the strawberry banana sundae, which is definitely large enough to be a shareable. The bananas were fresh and the strawberry syrup was tasty, but beyond that it just wasn't very appetizing. FIRST time here. Wanted to treat my hubby to a little frozen custard after shopping at Costco. Nobody in line and now I know why. Bring some fat cash to pay for tiny scoops of frozen custard. I don't recommend getting the waffle cones as they're far too sweet and don't compliment the delicious custard. The frozen custard is truly delightful but that's the only good thing about this place. They ONLY serve desserts and it's location sucks as the road noise is horribly loud as is the car wash across the street. Only seating is benches without tables or shade and no decorative planters anywhere. I would not recommend this place. Go to Freddy's instead. So much better!! read more

My favorite place to get ice cream/custard in the area! They have a drive thru or you can order at the window. They seem to have the same base flavors, but every time I come they have new featured sundaes. I have gotten their Chocolate chip cookie dough flavored custard which is incredible and then I tried one of the limited time sundaes the Strawberry shortcake sundae which I also loved. If this location is pretty out of the way for you check to see if they have any locations closer to you since I have seen them in multiples areas in the Denver area. Please check them out! read more

Very delicious! I was happy to see them open a location near me! Lot's of choices and flavors to try. The Concretes are delicious, especially the triple chocolate and the smores! They offer monthly flavors. Coffee options during the summer, currently pumpkin options. Definitely worth it. You can take pints home singles or even a six-pack. Reasonable pricing. They offer many fixings or toppings to add to any order. The staff always makes great recommendations and their service is amazing! read more

Andy's opened just in time before the summer heat. They are still getting used to the flow of things. There's two drive through lanes that merge into one but unlike the fast food restaurants, only one person was taking orders for both lines so it essentially is just one giant long line. The custard is delicious. We ordered the seasonal specials and they were so good. We ordered the strawberry shortcake and the blackberry flapjack. You get a nice cup of custard for small size. They also offer like a sample size for dogs to try. My dog did love it and he usually hates eating cold items. read more

We've been a couple/few times now and it always hits. I got the butter pecan the first time and it was just OK for me but I've now had the Bordeaux Cherry and the seasonal peach and they were both insanely amazing. I got a kid cup with waffle pieces and it was good. I've heard about the vanilla custard ice cream and it didn't disappoint at all with it being fluffy and creamy at the same time. Also, the waffle pieces added a great crunch. This definitely helped with my sweets craving! Service was fast and kind. It has been super hot Larry and it's been great to discover Andy's by our home. They had this in Texas but I've never tried it! My daughter and I were craving ice cream and knew we had to try it! Yay, Andy's is in the area!! I've been waiting for the hype to die down but couldn't wait that long and ended up here after going to the dog park one week day night. The line was long even at 845pm but they follow the Chick Fil A way of being efficient and I was in and out in less than 15 mins. You order with the associate walking to to your then pick up at the window. I've only been to locations where I walked up so this was a new concept for me at Andy's but all in all it went well, Stoked to see they have little sample cones for the pups free of charge. I love how the girl at the window was razzing the young boy who did the cone because it was sloppy and my pup deserved better! Download their app so you can check in and get rewards! read more

So many options to choose from, get one of their already named items like the James Brown Funky. Do a make your own with the toppings you choose. Grab a pint even. I went with the Butter Pecan pint first time out. They put it in a nice little 1 time use freezer bag for you to go. Very buttery and packed with pecans to the very brim of the container. The small is actually quite large in their Concrete. A medium is definitely to share or if you've got that giant appetite. read more

The drive throughs are never open when I go, day or night. Loud obnoxious patrons at night. No security, product placed sloppily in the ill fitting containers. If the drive throughs were ever open it might cut down on the noise. read more

After ordering my Ozark sundae and jackhammer I watched the car in front of me return a sundae back to the window. When it was my turn to get my order I asked her if it had been returned from the other car and she said yes. I said I wanted a new one. She at first tired to explain they didn't do anything to it but after I insisted she took the order and went around the corner. She was not happy they had to remake it if they even did. Really fun and different ice cream shop for the area. We all enjoyed our classic favorites. The staff was friendly and service was fast. I came last Saturday around 2pm and they were closed. I then came back with my Air Force husband on Veterans Day knowing they were doing a free sunday. I asked if we could do a vanilla scoop and cone instead... which is less ingredients.... and the manger was not kind or helpful. We paid for the up charge and the scoop was so small I wouldn't have given it to our 7 year old son. Very disappointed by the service especially on veterans day. I have been here before and have been impressed which makes me sad for people looking to try a new experience on a holiday. I wish the service was always great. read more

Was looking forward to trying out this frozen custard location went there today and was majorly disappointed. Drove into drive up where it appears you order like in other fast food drive up spots. Had two cars ahead of me and several behind. Was surprised that you have your order at the window not into a speaker. Waited in line for over 15 minutes (could not leave as car was in back and front of me). Noticed cars at back pulling out of line. Woman working saw ai had app on phone and apologized but said the app was not working. Did not offer any thing to track points work around . I gave her credit card and first thing she said was to manager? "Do we take credit cards?" Then scanned it and said oh it went through. Never received receipt Was then handed waffle gone with two small scoops of vanilla custard, Cone tasted as though they forgot to add sugar and was not crispy and custard had no vanilla taste. Not a great introduction to their products. Trust me that Good Times offers better product at lower price. Would not recommend . read more
