I enjoy coming to Andy's frozen custard drive-through. They have really nailed it for the ice cream industry out here. Really good flavors and you really cannot go wrong if you don't know what to order. I feel like a kid again every time I go through the drive-thru. I'm a big fan of their chocolate malt shakes. Also, for their drive-through there seems to be a trend around someone taking your order rather than using the intercom. It feels very friendly and authentic when it comes to customer service. You're greeted with a smile when they take your order. It adds to the delight of having a friendly ice cream order. I really like the staff too. Everyone seems to be in a great mood when you are in and out of there. Adds to my magical moment as I scarf down my orders. Anyways, I highly recommend coming in here whether it's hot or cold. Andy's Frozen Custard brings me back to those summers when my parents would take me to the local custard shop down the road after dinner. You can either order at the window or drive around the side for a variety of different flavors and custard mixed. We got a small Blackberry Waffle Jackhammer and was very impressed with the size. I also loved that it was filled with waffle pieces and real blackberries! The custard was smooth, creamy, and absolutely delicious. Next time i'll ask for more waffle! It needed more crunch! Person at the window didnt care to type down our order while we gave it to her and made it based off of her memory. Then when another girl gave it to us and it was wrong, she proceeded to be passive aggressive about what was wrong saying we have to "pay more" for what we are asking for (pecans). I like their fundraisers that allow organizations to get donations from each order. They have a quality product and also sells pints of their frozen favorites. Remember, there's no indoor seating but they have several outdoor seats. If you haven't tried them, I recommend you give them a try read more

This was my first time trying frozen custard and it was a pleasant surprise. I had a butter pecan concrete which was very flavorful with caramel and full of pecans which I liked. My wife and I really wanted some delicious dessert so I came here to get some. We each got a "Andys 3-Crete" which advertised having peanut butter, banana, and cookie dough. Unfortunately it did not meet our expectations because my Wifes did NOT have a single crumb of cookie dough in it and mine did not have any peanut butter in it hence the reason for the 3 star review. I will say the Custard was still good despite the missing ingredients. I will also say the people preparing these treats really should make sure every ingredient gets included. read more

My fiancé and I had a sweet craving and Andy's was the chosen place since we've never been! We decided to sit outside and enjoy our frozen treat rather than sit in a long drive thru line. Their menu had too many options to pick from but I stuck with the Andy's Banana Split while my fiancé had the Frozen Custard Concrete with cookie dough topping. We chose one of the least calorie option as most were over 1,000 calories! Obviously this is a great place to splurge on cheat day. I loved my banana split and it could definitely be shared with two or more people! I liked the real strawberry topping and the extra cherries I added to my order. I opted out of the marshmallow creme topping as I'm not a fan of marshmallow. The custard itself is good but a tad bit on the sweeter side! My fiancé couldn't finish his small cup because it was too sweet for him. Their small cup could definitely be shared as well. Very rude girl employee working the window tonight. Trying to ask her if a certain product has been into contact with any peanut products, but right after asking she yells at me that I need to go to the front and tell somebody else. I let her know that I had already ordered and there was a line full of people and one window open so I was not going to be rude and cut in front of somebody to let them know when she had her drive thru window open and not one car in line. Really has went down hill! 4 person order 1/2 came out and 5 minutes later we asked about the second half part of which was sitting on the back counter melting and the other half they made the wrong thing. So we came to have a good first day of school treat as a family but didn't get to a joy as a family. The woman after us was charged for 2 cups of ice water which I have never seen before. Food: I wanted to try everything on the menu besides the stuff with chocolate in it but if you are a chocolate lover, I'm pretty sure you could find something delicious too. Even though it was delicious, the presentation could have been a little bit better. If you going present something on the menu, I would assume it will look as good as in person as it looks on the menu. Service: Service was served with a smile and with quick service. But again, the presentation of the employees could have been little bit better with their uniformd not looking so sloppy and dirty. We were on our way to Round Rock donuts and seen andys. My husband heard they have great custard so we did a drive thru. I got the turtle split and my husband the round rock donut concrete. My mistake is tasting the donut concrete before eating my split. Lol the concrete with the round rock donuts in it is mouth watering! I'm a hard person to impress so something that delicious is something to definitely leave a review. The turtle split was good and don't want to down play it but can't take my mind off the concrete so I will have to go back and get my own. Drive thru service is friendly and well ran. read more
