A mixed review for me. Good: Everyone was nice…read more Not so Good: 1. It took 3 months for me to finally call them to see how my string trimmer service was coming along. They didn't know and eventually called me back to tell me it was ready. 2. It took so long to return; the string-trimming season was over. So I brought it home and put it in my garage. I pulled it out and tried to start it this spring, and it only ran off the choke. 3. The primer pump wasn't getting any gas when the unit was level (it would when I tipped it up). I took it apart and found the fuel line was kinked and had a hole in it. I replaced it. 4. Primer was pumping air into the tank? I eventually figured out Harbor reversed the primer flow lines, and after replacing the line (it seems like they should have done this), I reversed the incorrectly installed fuel lines. 5. I replaced the spark plug, another thing Harbor should have done when it was serviced. I won't be using Harbor again.

Took only about 30 minutes to diagnose the problem and provide the fix. Chris also guarantees his work at no additional service call charge for 30 days. After contacting several independent hot tub service companies and getting no response I would highly recommend Gondeau Enterprises to anyone. Thanks Chris for a great job and excellent service. The ladies behind the counter were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made browsing even more enjoyable. Prices were low compared to the Goodwills we go to, and we had a great time digging through all the little treasures. It's the kind of place where you can easily lose track of time just exploring. There were 4 cars in line before me, so instead of blocking the entrance to the actual "Goodwill" store side I decided to pull in front. I let every car go first before me that had been there prior, and when it was my turn I got out to explain I had some things to donate (in the mean time as the cars that were there before me started leaving, new cars were pulling up in their spot). The woman working seemed very confused, and informed me that "I can't take your stuff, you need to turn around and go to the back if this line." Like I had not been parked there the entire time. She was extremely flustered and for the life of her couldn't understand why my car was in front. NOT ROCKET SCIENCE LADY! I guess this teaches me something though trying to donate things. There needs to be some serious training basic training, or atleast a competencey test I guess. I was simply not trying to block the sliding doors to the entrance of the actual shop area by pulling foward. I'll find somewhere else to donate my things, this place is a joke, if you want to donate something save yourself the headache and avoid.
