His answer was still yes. This wasn't just unhelpful, it was downright lazy and disrespectful. The cashier was visibly shocked when I told her what happened, which tells you how outrageous this behavior was. Instead of a simple act of assistance, I was left struggling to push out two panels at a time because the employees are lazy and hide instead of being helpful. They deserve ZERO stars, take your business elsewhere where they have customer service.

I definitely try to patronize smaller hardware stores as much as possible. Also, this is not a reflection on the store as they have more than enough parking but the patrons in there trucks, big and small, were careless and created lots of unnecessary traffic issues in the parking lot so just be aware of that. I will say that they had lots of nice garden items at fair prices and I had to avoid the flower area to stick to my budget.

It seems like the bug spraying chemicals are watered down. The containers always feel like…read moredrastically different weights and they don't seem to kill the bugs like the same chemicals from other hardware stores do. I wish the chemicals came with a seal under the caps that way they can't be tampered with. So now I have two gallons of bug sprays that seems to be only useful for bug baths. But I do like the fact that there's always plenty of parking spaces available and not long lines to wait for cashier service. The cashiers are friendly too.
