I came here a week ago for a filling and cannot believe my nails look so bad 5 days later. I came here because my usual shop (simply nails) was closing soon and were too full to fit me in and asked for me to come a day later. My impatience made me go to Andy's nails. At first I was ok with my decision but then when my nail tech, Beauty, said she could tell I was picky and that I shouldn't be so picky I knew it was going downhill. I don't even know where the assumption came from...I didn't even say anything to her that would make me seem picky other than that I couldn't decide between two shades of pink. Then she was like "Honey men don't like picky but I see your ring so your husband must be picky too. Two picky people together is not good. " My mom taught me to respect my elders so I held my tongue rather than curse out this woman. Then she cut my nails, didn't file them so they were so sharp on the edges. I asked her to prese fix them because I did not like the shape. She said she would do it next time because she had already painted my nails and her ride was there. Not only was her paint job similar to that of a blind cat on ecstacy but as I'd look at my nails 5 days later I'm so pissed! The color is off the edges, my cuticles look bad and I ended up having to file them after ruining 3 pairs of my good pantyhose for work. Never going there again unless I want to be insulted and given filling that a child could have done. read more

Andy's is the best price nail salon around! $22 for a pedicure and $25 for a gel! I've been going to Andys for 10 years now and I've never had a bad experience. I usually walk in and never had to wait more then 10 minutes if I had to wait at all. Andys is also the ONLY salon I've been to where my gels have lasted LONGER than 2 weeks without chipping. read more

Great prices, pretty nice staff. I had a Brazilian wax done which of course was painful. She used very small strips repeatedly and I couldn't help but wonder whether she could have used larger strips for faster, less painful results. She gave me a 5 dollar discount for not being able to wax a small, sensitive area which I thought was very good service and the results were still great for a great price, even without the discount. The Mani/pedi was great. Pedis always last a few weeks for me but manis are a challenge. This one lasted nicely for at least 4 days. Also love the massage chairs. Just wish they took their time a little more. It's right by my house, will definitely return. read more

I only came here because this is my friend's regular place and I figured you can't mess up a pedicure (turns out you can). The polish selection is minimal and they barely carry any OPI - this should be a big red flag. Even though there was not a soul in the place, the lady who did my pedi wouldn't let me wait for my friend to arrive, and instead started my service. She spent the next 10 minutes trying to up-sell me on: manicure, eyebrow wax, and (even though I gave her my color choice) French polish on the toes. The clean up of my feet was decent (no exfoliating rub) but the polish application was horrendous -rushed and haphazard. Price was a little cheaper ($22) than I am used to paying, but not worth it. I went to Andy's Nails after several years and was not pleased with the service at all. The nail tech kept trying to get me to do a gel manicure even though I told her no several times (I just wanted a regular French manicure). I asked for a flower design on my ring fingers, and she obviously has no idea how to do a flower because it looks more like three balloons or a pieces of a candy cane. I also kept asking her to redo the design smaller and she kept doing it the exact same size. After her third attempt I gave up and just told her it was fine. Also, my nails started chipping the next day! And I had made it a point not to do any dishes or anything that would ruin my nails as I had a couple of events to go to that weekend. I got my nails done on Saturday, and by Tuesday they were completely chipped and looked awful. I do not plan on going back here. read more

Took my daughter in to get her nails done as a special birthday treat. They were super sweet and only charged me $15 for her blue w/ white polka-dot nails. They all spoke English and had a nice conversation with US not talking around us with them selves. I also was pleased to find out they do the Gel nails for $25! I can't wait to go back and get my own nails done. So much better than Passion Nails down the street. Passion nails was horrible, service, over priced, and the manager is a nasty witch. So happy to find Andy's nails and get treated like gold. I will be back soon! read more

This place has been in my life for many years. I always come to get my acrylic tips and have never had any problem other than some cuts here and there from the electric filing machine. Unfortunately, they've gone downhill. The last time I visited was about a year ago. My nails were very bumpy, one was near popping off after just having left and the manicure didn't last two weeks. I've been to Andy's Nails several times and always have had a good experience. The people there are really nice and friendly. They do good work, and the massage chairs for the pedicures are great. I don't really live nearby anymore so I don't visit as much as I wish I could! They do get busy, though, so try to go on a weekday. read more

I used to come here all of the time for acrylic tips. A friend and I went a week ago for my first time back in a few years. We were quickly taken care of, but it felt a little rushed. One of my nails was crooked by the end, but it didn't bother me enough to have her soak it off and start over. Sadly, both of our sets either began cracking and/or broke off within a week. Horrible experience! I went to Andy's Nails today for a French manicure. My nail tech Kelly made my cuticles bleed and did not apologize for doing that. She also did not talk to me at all while she worked. She was very unfriendly and very unprofessional. She also acted like it was a hassle to shape my nails in the way I wanted. The thing that is really upsetting me is that my mom, who has been to Kelly before, told me the same thing happened to her! Her finger was bleeding for a long time after she left with her and that she was extremely rude to her and argued with her the entire time she was there! I am so angry that I am going to report her and Andy's Nails to the Better Business Bureau. read more

In spite of the bad reviews I decided to come and get an acrylic fill in. Thia nail shop is super close to my boyfriend's house. I arrived at approximately 10:50am as a walk in. I was seen within 10 min. of arrival by Jennie, she was very nice and knowledgable . The shop is not the largest but from what I saw it was clean. I can't speak to the polish collection because I brought my own. Over all my fill-in was $15 and I have no complaints about that service. Got an "american manicure" which wouldn't have been bad excep the manicure person dug his thumbnail in the side of my nail and made it bleed. Now it's infected. Pedicure wasn't so great. DO NOT GO HERE! They do not follow health and sanitation guidelines. I went for a quick bikini wax and was told to lay on the table without anything covering it. During the wax the tech did not wear gloves and she double dipped the wax stick. Not only that but she double dipped a stick into a vaseline jar that she wanted to rub on me. They are not ignorant of sanitation guidelines they just refuse to follow them. In the end I'm the idiot for not getting up and walking out. Don't take your chances with this place! This was the worst place I've ever been too! The pedicure was terrible. All she did was take my nail polish off and put it back on my toe nails. My eyebrow wax was left messy. I had to come home and finish my eyebrows. Then when she did my nails she wanted to put gel over nail polish which gives you fungus. I refused which upset her so when I new customer walked in she quickly finished my nails and rushed me away. My nails weren't neatly done. No top coat was put on my nails. They reuse their DISPOSABLE slippers!!! The owner did my nails and she was so rude. A nail tech named Beauty is rude and immature. Used to go here every two weeks, faithfuly. I wanted eyelashes applied and the girl just about glued my Cornea to my eyelid. I spent about 45 mins flushing my eyes. One of the techs did my nails in a hurry. Did them wrong and I had her fix them. When I tipped her 20%, even though she messed up, she took the tip and kept on moving. read more

I first visited Andy's a few years ago when I moved to the area and was not impressed with the overall look of the place. I decided to give them another try because their location is so convenient to my home and I'm glad to see it's changed for the better! I go to get mani/pedi and wax services now. Their underarm & bikini wax prices are very reasonable and they do a thorough job. I am never left with pain or burns. I recently got gel nails; I always thought they cost a fortune but it costs $25. My gel nails lasted near three weeks looking prime after enduring a week on a cruise/beach. I especially like my pedi here. I play soccer so my toes take a beating and the techs always take their time and make them look stellar. The catch: I NEVER go in the evening hours as it gets crazy so I aim for early weekend mornings or stop by on days I work from home. Also, being cash for tip. Overall I am glad Andy's has worked out for me. It's not a ultra posh spa-like nail salon but as long as they stand behind their service, that's all that matters to me. read more

I love the staff their very professional and nice they never turn down a person who comes in after their close. However I believe the nail polish they use is very cheap. The saturday before mothers day I went to get a full set. After coming home and looking at my nails I noticed one was crooked. The clear polish they put on as a top coat starting peeling after one week. The following friday was my bday weekend so i went for a pedi. Pedi was very nice however again now a week later my polish is chipping which has never happened before after a week with a pedi. So again customer service great but quality not too good. Now I am back on a search to find a good nail place. :( read more

My nail technition had her baby , by the way congrats. So I still made an appointment to get my feet and nails done. After I got my feet done, they preceded to start on my nails, because I ask for my nails to be done in a particular way, which by the way my nail tech does, theses people refuse to do my nails the way I want it to be done. I'm paying didn't ask for any discount and because I wanted my nails done the way I wanted it to be done they refused. SMH I have never experience customer service like that in my entire life. These people need a wake up call and need to realize the same people that build you up they can break you down. You guys need to do better than that. I got acrylics there and first off they disregarded everything I asked them to do. They cut my nails way shorter then I requested, they didn't buff or file my natural nail before, nor did they apply anything to protect my natural nails as most other salons do. They also used pink acrylic when I asked them to use clear. I know first world problems right but if I'm paying for something I would want it the way I've asked. They only talk in their language and don't ask you anything or tell you anything. Their polish is cheap and chips very easily, not salon quality. They charge for every detail such as length and shape and every detailing price such as a rhinestone is like $5 and falls off by the time you walk out. Idk every encounter I've had there has been horrible I like to give places and people the benefit of the doubt so I tried going back like 3 more times but no I don't think I'll do it again. The lady who did my eyebrow wax took off a chunk of the inner corner of my left eyebrow. I told her to "just clean it up" and she said okay, but then I felt her smear a bunch of wax on my left eyebrow, taking of a portion of it from the center, making my eyebrows uneven and ugly looking!!! She was terrible at waxing, listening and being friendly. I will not come back. I don't recommend getting your eyebrows waxed here. read more

I got my gel nails done here and they looked good but for some reason they chipped off sooner than I thought. It generally lasts for at least 3 weeks when i get it done at other places but this one didn't last long. But the lady was pretty sweet and i loved their service than the other nail services. Absolutely hate this place... Never in my life again. They treated me with the worst attitude, and can almost assure you they were nagging about me in their native language. I wish I would've never gone to this place, they hurt me so bad. I went in just to REMOVE my acrylic nails, the ones that started chipping off a week after getting them done. They pressured me into getting the gel, because it would be better... Well, complete lie. When I took my acrylics off, the girl was in such a rush to leave that she didn't even bother soaking my nails in acetone... She just cut them off and used a fake nail to create a gap between my natural nails and the fake nails which hurt incredibly. I asked her if she could just soak them in acetone but she completely ignored me. I had to take ibuprofen afterwards because my finger nails were hurting so bad. She charged me $25 just to take my nails off... This place is absolutely ridiculous. I switched over to four seasons spa, in kingsview village, they treat me so nice and their prices are so much better. They treat you like a valued customer. Not like andy's nail where they don't care about you AT ALL. Worst experience ever. read more
