Ok, so.....I have the craziest hair in the world. My hair is curly in the summer because of the humidity and then straight in the winter because of the dryness. It has taken me years and years to figure it out. I didn't know why my hair wouldn't curl in the winter. Now I use 2 different shampoo types during different season. Needless to say, my hair is a whole different animal on its own. Whoever cuts my hair, I'm so sorry you have to deal with this beast. So you can imagine I've been to a few dozen. I mean DOZEN of salons before I finally found THE ONE - ANETTA! Like Neo in The Matrix! Anetta is my Neo! This is the 3rd time I went to see her and ONLY her. Yes you have to make your appointment as soon as she put her scissors down because she is just THAT busy. But that also means she's good to be that busy right? I have the attention span of a 3 years old and patience of one. I have absolutely no patience so I want to go in, get it cut and get out. I can't sit there and chat and talk about my day. I am NOT that kinda gal. Anetta was exactly what I want. I'm sure she talks to other people but I just don't need the small talk and she probably knew. Smart woman! Hahaha My appointment was at 2:30pm, the receptionist girl washed my hair, I got my haircut and Aneta styled it and I live 5 mins away and I was home by 3pm! I absolutely love it!!!! I am so happy with my haircut. How is it possible that one haircut can make my hair looks so much healthier rather than wispy and dry? She must learn her skills at Hogwarts! Thank you Anetta! I will continue to only see her as long as she will have me!

I am so grateful for her beautiful work and the four hours that she spent foiling my hair, removing the brass, stripping old grey-ish color, toning, and finishing off with a deep conditioning treatment. My hair has life again! I am truly impressed, Monika D is not only talented but also very caring and kind. Today, she was my miracle-worker, and I've learned my lesson: I'll NEVER go to anyone else again! Thank you! XOXO

Have been going to Meriem for over 3 years now and always had the perfect color! My hair was dry and breaking and since Meriem has been my go to hairdresser for color treatment and style every 6weeks it has become so much healthier. On top of that she does great styling from up dos to blowouts. Travelling from the city to Meriem is worth the drive!! read more

I love all of the Ladies there .....they take care of you , listen to you and are friendly.....I always get my hair done the way I want it !!! Very clean ...love it !!! Very experienced hair dressers and they use the best products for your hair . I go there for years and in the first year there , my hair has become so healthy. I usually get my hair done by Monica with the dark hair ( they have 2 Monica's ) and I love everything she has ever done with my hair , she got my broken hair healthy again !!! You in very good hands at that Salon .....the only thing I don't like , is that when you pay with a credit card , you get charged extra . read more

When I walked into Anetta salon, my hair was dead and not growing. I was out with Meriem and she was just absolutely amazing. We talked through what we needed to do. Wow I haven't been more disappointed in a long time...I made and appointment by calling and when I walked in they seemed too busy for me. After trying to check in I asked why no one in the entire salon wasn't wearing a mask (even all of the workers too)?!? They brushed off my question, so I chose to take my business else where. Currently at Great Clips across the street where they were kind enough to take me as a walk-in and all wear masks. read more

Today I cut my hair in anetta but I'm not that happy with the price. I cut my hair with is mention price $25 but they charge me $45. The reason they charge me double because My hair is thick and they cut my hair longtime. I'm not happy with that which is I tip her very well too. I will never come back to that salon. As a woman of color I'm glad I flat out asked before paying for services here.... I asked if they did bridal hair and if any of their stylists could style braids (knotless box braids) and the receptionist went back to ask the stylist and came back and told me "we don't work with your type of hair". Please don't waste your time if you have "My hair type" read more

My appointment was scheduled for 5:00 PM for LASHES NOT HAIR the hair place was okay . You had to…read morego to a different building for lashes. When I arrived, I was told the students don't come in until 5:30. I was patient, but by 6:15 I was still waiting. When I asked for an update, the front desk staff--who was kind at first--became noticeably rude and simply said the student was "getting ready." I don't understand why an appointment would be booked at 5:00 if the person isn't even available until later, or why it would take over an hour to "get ready." On top of that, the bathroom was extremely dirty and the overall environment felt unclean. I understand it's a school, but the lack of professionalism and cleanliness was unacceptable. I won't be returning.

I have blonde hair and went in to get highlights and also add a few lowlights for dimension. She didn't do any highlights and when I sat in front of the mirror after washing my hair was brown with blonde blotches. After being there for 4hours they tried to fix it by stripping my hair and adding literally 6 highlights on top. My hair is still brown with an orange tint. I cannot emphasize how terrible my experience was and how they tried to downplay it. They offered to "fix" it if I wanted to go back in (for hours) but you can see from the pictures what a "fix" looks like. I've never posted a negative review on here until today. I cannot emphasize how terrible the overall experience was and still told that I had to pay.

But the staff were accommodating, friendly, all smiles. They even gave my daughter a snack and gave me a laptop pad for me to use while I was there. Definitely chose the right place for my daughter and we will be back!

Excellent customer care. The entire staff is very professional. Edyta does wonderful work with coloring, cut and styling. Anetta is very helpful in consulting color choices. I have been a client for over 15 years and would highly recommend their services. Always a positive experience and in a well designed, very clean environment.
