The owner added in a selection of appetizers for me to try. Before leaving, I took stock of all the possibilities on future visits. Banchan galore, rice bowls, crispy tofu, store made vinegar, I could go on. None of that would mean anything if the food wasn't delicious. Good thing it's absolutely fantastic! The winter melon soup is a revelation, straightforward excellent broth, filled with tasty winter melon and tender beef. I could have gotten two portions out of it. I didn't.
