Had that not happened, I may have gotten so frustrated trying to find parking that I would have given up. Just being honest as someone that doesn't know the area at all. Anyhoo, I was greeted immediately by their friendly staff who were happy to give me recommendations on what to order. I landed on their mole latte with oat milk, their house salad with lemon poppy seed dressing, and a ginger muffin. I drank every sip and ate every single bite. The latte was the perfect blend of chocolate and spice. The salad I would order again and again and again. Lastly, the muffin was moist with a fabulous amount of ginger flavor. The space itself was great, with a nice variety of seating options, strong wifi, local art on the walls, and a good bit of natural light. And again, the staff were fabulous. I would definitely return.

It was generously piled with carne asada and the corn pancake was 1000/10! I will absolutely order sopes again! For $16.50, I had a lot of food, a nice treat, and great company. I used to work there. They were horrible to work for. It was a hot day and they had the door open in the basement & there were flies crawling all over the muffins and cookies. When I told Jim King that it would not be appropriate to serve them to people he told me that I was paid to work and not to think and he told me that if I mentioned anything about it to any customer that I would be fired immediately. Jim King and Raphael Oletta served those muffins and cookies that flies had been crawling on for hours to people who were their good friends and customers. They served that dirty, unsanitary food to people and toke their money. Who would knowingly want to eat food that flies had been crawling on for hours? They make nasty remarks about their customers after they leave. Jim King and Raphael Oletta just are not nice people and they served food to people that flies had been crawling on for hours. I watched their customers eat that food while I was held under the threat of losing my job there. Today I am free from Angel Falls and I think I should let people know about this. Don't eat there. The baristas are fucking assholes. Have come here every few years, stupidly thinking things would change and they'd at least try not to treat you like you're a piece of shit for wanting to get some coffee. Nah, same "woe is me, every day is the worst day of my life, I work at a coffee shop and hate everyone" type of staff. Lesson learned for good: fuck this place. Word of advice to baristas - (do you even read your reviews?) lighten up. You can't get away with your shitty attitudes everywhere you go in life and it would benefit the whole lot of ya to try to enjoy yourselves rather than being so miserable all the time. It was so good he almost couldn't believe it was gluten-free! The staff was incredibly friendly and very clear about their gluten-free options, which we truly appreciated. It was the perfect way to spend a Friday afternoon--sitting by the window, watching the snow fall, and enjoying a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Since I've been here before, I automatically earned points and received an email receipt, which made the experience even smoother. Everything was wonderful, and we're already looking forward to coming back.

The blueberry scone was tasty, but the standout was the coffee cake, which had a rich ribbon of cinnamon running through the center. The coffee was delicious as well.
