2 for designs So I'm going to leave a Yelp and Google review because I'm honestly a little disappointed. I got my nails done by Kayla, and while I love the fact that she can do designs, the quality just isn't there. I paid about $100 for a gel fill with designs, and the very next day the tip of one of my nails cracked and popped off. I went back and she fixed it, but I no longer live in California, so shortly after that I got on a plane and flew back home to another state. Once I got home, I noticed my middle finger was sore and hurting. When I looked closely, I realized there was a crack underneath the nail. Basically, the nails are being done too thin. She does nails fast and the designs are cute, but the quality just isn't there. Now I have to go to a nail shop here in Texas to get them fixed because I'm about to go on a cruise, and I do not want my nail to break or split down the middle, which is extremely painful if you've ever experienced it. Not to mention, my husband got a manicure and pedicure, and I got a pedicure and gel fill as well. He tipped $20 total, which was nice considering multiple people were working on us at the same time. Someone worked on his feet, someone else worked on his hands, Kayla worked on my hands, and another person worked on my feet. When they split the tips, one of the ladies walked past me and sarcastically said, "Thank you for my $5 tip." I thought that was very unprofessional and tacky. Just because several people are assigned to work on us at once does not mean we're expected to tip every single person $10 each. That's absurd. Overall, I'm disappointed because my nails should not be cracking the very next day, especially after paying that much money. At this point, two nails have already cracked, and I don't even know about the rest yet. Unfortunately, next time I'm back home in California, I will not be returning. read more

The technician seemed unsure of what he was doing, which made me uncomfortable, although I didn't want to make him feel bad. What really bothered me is that I scheduled an appointment with my regular nail technician, but they assigned me to someone else without notice. If I book with a specific person, I expect that to be respected. On top of that, the prices are high for the quality of service received. Overall, not a good experience. read more

My nail tech retired and I was in dire last minute need of help. My intentions were to just have the builder gel removed as I only get structured manicures and was hesitant of continuing with them. Especially since a prices are higher and good quality is hard to find. I came as walk-in. Everyone was really nice. When I walked in, I didn't get that " what do you want " look and tone that other nail salons tend to do when you walk in (IYKYK)... Helen did my toes, she was very nice, she offered me a beverage ( for customers only) soon as I sat down. She didn't make me feel rushed or pressure me to get a higher price pedicure set (I chose the deluxe). She did a very good job on my toes especially scrubbing the bottom of my feet. Which is always a big problem I have at other nail salons. They barely scrub your feet!! Side note* I don't have any fungus/ calluses/ cracked skin on my heels)... One of my toe nails chipped on the third ( I think it was my error). I went back and Stephanie (she nice too) fixed my toe. Free of charge. I'm so mad I just now found this place! Came to this nail salon on 03/20 got a manicure and pedicure paid $129 to get horrible service. They rushed my entire service, i had one lady doing my toes and left them incomplete and had someone else finish while the lady started on someone else's pedicure... had a guy doing my manicure was rushing the entire time once again, told him the light was really burning me and told me no it wasn't. came back 2 days later because my nail was lifting. i got there an they were all staring at me like i was the problem and had the same guy who did them originally fixing my nails and was trying to tell me they weren't lifting while grabbing my hand very hard i had to pull it away so i can show him. i left with a thicker french tip than i have on my other fingernails and they left all the surrounding crusty. i don't ever leave reviews but this was just unacceptable. if i cant rate no stars i would. read more

New to the bay area & started going here (because it's close to home) in 2025. The men do an excellent job on pedi's, so they're always busy. The women generally do a mediocre to ok job. But if you need acrylic on a toenail, you have to wait for a man to free up to help. The last pedi, completed by a woman, 2 weeks ago - was so bad, that I think they just assigned her to me to avoid me leaving due to a long wait. Never again will I go back. I came in, on my birthday (7/5), told the nail tech, whom I think was the owner, of this fact, and Iwas hoping for good nails and to pamper myself. I wanted a fill for both my daughter and I ( I called in advance for appointments). Only came here because there was no availability at the shop I normally go to *Lisa's nails in Antioch and my coworker said that she had a friend recommend Angel nails. Owner did us both in 1 hour. Nails were so far from the cuticle they looked 1 week old when she was done. Quick application, and thin. 1 of my daughter's nails needed a new tip as she broke one a few days before, that one looked really wonky, nail was tilted up, the way nail biters acrylics look.. she's not a nail biter. Fast forward 2 weeks my nails look a month outgrown and I have a split at the apex, too low to rip off.. that blows. Won't ever be back, and do not recommend. read more

Terrible customer service. I came here for my daughter's birthday to get her nails done with her best friend. At first they told us they didn't know how to do a rainbow, then tried to upsell us that it could only work on gel nails (we didn't budge) , then they started doing her friend's nails and cleaned them nicely and put a lot of effort into her friend's design. My daughter didn't get the same treatment, they kept rotating people to do her nails one person came and cleaned them then she waited and waited and finally another came to put the polish, but they left her nails dirty and slapped on some polish, no effort or care , and the design quality is subpar, I could do way better at home. Don't waste your money on people who don't take pride in their work. Also the hygiene standards are really lacking. read more
