My daughter went here on Wednesday to get a manicure and pedicure before leaving for her cruise, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. They had two technicians working on her at the same time and the entire service was finished in about 20 minutes. It felt extremely rushed, and there was very little attention to detail. A manicure and pedicure should be a relaxing experience, especially when someone is preparing for a special trip. What's most frustrating is that her nail polish is already chipping, and she's only on the second day of her cruise. She was really looking forward to having her nails look nice for the trip, and now they're already ruined. I understand salons can get busy, but rushing through a service this quickly affects the quality. I hope the salon takes more time with clients in the future so the results actually last. read more

My toes look great but the process was somewhat a little uncomfortable for my feet. I guess I'm not used to someone digging into my toenails and 'massaging' my feet like I have a man's beefy feet. She was rubbing my feet like she was handling man's feet! I have sensitive feet and it was painful. I did tell her to stop, which she did...but that was after it hurt. Overall, the color of my pedi was nice-I do like it..., the pampering part...not so nice. I'm rating it a 3 because it's my first experience that was not pampering for me. I got two gel services done; toes and an acrylic fill priced at 103 all together. I love my toes, they were done with detail and care. I am feeling mid about my acrylics. They look passable but she didn't do any kind of cuticle care, didn't clean between steps, used dirty nail boards and drill bits, and didn't clean the under side of my nails leaving a lip of growth. The salon looked clean so why wasn't she??? Also I was the ONLY person in the building and I felt her rushing. I might give this place another chance for pedicures. read more

My friend and I went last 2 weeks. Victor did my friend's gel pedicure $48, just 15 minutes! And Hanna did my pedicure Deluxe which was $65 in 30 minutes! And then she did my friend's nails for $75, just 30 minutes. After 2 days, 2 nails on my friend's fingers popped off and her polish is so bad! Hanna and Victor rush, rush, rush because they are trying to get to the next customers even though there are other nail technicians available!!!! I didn't even request those two, I wanted someone else! This isn't the first time it's happened where they force Victor and Hanna on me when I didn't even request them. I had the best Pedicure i've every had today by David at Luxe Nails on Balfour (CVS shopping Center). He really paid attention to my feet and took his time to groom them. He went over them several times to make sure everything was taken care of. The massage was really great (I own Day Spa so I know a good massage!). First time coming since under new ownership. Had Pedi/Mani. Hanna did my gel mani while a gentleman did my pedi. Hanna speaks excellent English and was very sweet. She translated to the to other employees to clarify specific requests. I was unsure which color I preferred (match my outfit for Easter) She painted both choices to see what I preferred. I called for a same day appointment. When I arrived, the technician, Hanna was working on another client. Someone yelled to the front acknowledging my presence (poor Customer Service) and said she'll be with you soon. That never happened. I left and I will not be returning. That is poor Customer Service. If you did not have an appointment available, why did you say you did? There was an older gentleman walking around over the place, but had poor customer service too, He should not be front office. My wife and I came earlier this afternoon to get some pedicures. The place is pretty spacious with lots of seating and employees. We sat down on their worn out massage chairs and purchased the regular spa option for $30/pp. The lady who was doing my pedicure was a bit too fast, barely did any scrubbing or leg/foot treatment, etc. she did well with clipping my nails and removing the cuticles which is obviously the main part. I felt like it was slightly rushed but overall a C- They do have a nice option for pedicures and manicures but I'd imagine they'd all be the same anyway so mind as well aim for the cheapest. The employees don't really communicate with you either which keeps things quiet; to me, I like the small chit chat. Will we be coming back? Yes I believe we will. Well, I can honestly say, I found a good salon that I'm gonna continue to go to from now on. There is a nail technician there who does a great job and never do my nails ever come off until she takes them off at my next visit with her. She has a lot of different little designs hearts butterflies crystals, rhinestones, and it comes out great. the pedicures I can honestly say are very good too. They do very good massage and I do need that at the bottom of my feet because I suffer from neuropathy and that really helps me a lot. I definitely suggest and recommend that anyone is looking for a nail salon that does good nails at good prices to go to this salon very good. I would say the only thing I would suggest is that they give discounts for people who pay in cash that would be helpful. Otherwise, very good nail technicians here- decent prices and you walk out with exactly what you asked for whether it's nails, manicure or pedicure. read more

Took my Daughter in law and 3 Granddaughters 8, 10, & 13 and myself for pedicures. It was the worst we ever had, no massage barely got to soak. Very little cuticle work the pedicures took less than 1/2 hour. I regularly get pedicures and no the basic they didn't even do that. They were not busy just do a lousy job. Will never go back there! Quick and the end result was as expected: messy. My cousin and I stopped by to get our nails done. We picked this place because it was literally two minutes from her house. She got a pedicure with massage included (all together her pedicure took 45 minutes, 20 minutes was soaking her feet and the lady getting up to help others). It was okay but not worth the $50 she spent. I got a shellac manicure. My manicure was quick (20 minutes). But the edges were messy and my manicure only lasted 5 days until the gel started to lift near my cuticles and break off. The top coat was streaky on some nails. I guess you get what you pay for which was $25. I wouldn't recommend this place. Plus the ladies just talk to each other the whole time. read more

There are little stickers under the seats that that say out of order do not use! Of course the only way to see them is after you get up. The seats are very uncomfortable. do not go here to remove your acrylic nails. after asking for an acrylic nail removal, the nail tech named Be proceeded to cut my acrylics and use an uncut acrylic nail wedged between my nail and the acrylic to take them off. as soon as she started doing that to my pinky nail it was stabbing at the skin below my nail and hurt, causing that and another nail to break and internally bleed. for the rest of the nails, it was extremely uncomfortable and hurt when she was pushing the acrylic nail off of my nail bed. i notably deflected my hand and told her it hurt and she told me to look away so it doesn't hurt????? i'm very confused as to why this place doesn't do nail soak offs and instead removes nails in such an unhealthy manner. i could've done this myself instead of coming here, i came here expecting a professional service. will not be returning. read more
