I wouldn't recommend the pedicures here which automatically cuts my review in half. Manicures seem fine but really vary on who you get. I can't say I'd be back, but if you skip the pedicure and get the right employee to do your manicure you would probably rate it as a 4 star shop.

I do find that they tend to overbook themselves. When this happens, it's obvious that people get frustrated with the wait, especially when the person books an appointment for a specific time.
