A little hole in the wall on Brockton but the food tastes really good. My main beef if that it's pricy. Paying almost $20 for a take out pad thai is a little too steep for my taste. My other issue is the lack of customer service. I was craving egg rolls but an order of 5 for $10 is too much for one person. I asked if they can do a smaller order. Answer was no. Why not? It's a mom & pop and there's no reason they can't do a half order. They could've made a customer happy and made a little extra money with no extra effort but instead I felt like I had to write a review to get it off my chest. Fantastic local Thai spot. Best one in riverside by far. It's not the best compared to LA or San Diego. But for Riverside it is the best. Great curry! Highly recommend the curries while their noodle dishes are good but you get much more flavor from their curry dishes. Def recommend but be warned they close like 45 minutes earlier than their posted signs because they get busy- have tried coming at 8:10 pm but get turned away so be safe and come no later than 7:30 for last seats for the night. read more

This place is our new favorite!! It was our first time trying and we're so glad we did. The Pad Thai and Phrik Khing were our favorite dishes. The Pad Thai was perfectly sweet and tangy and the Phrik Khing was spicy and sooo flavorful. And don't forget to order stick rice and mango for dessert while it's in season! My go to Thai spot in Riverside. So tasty! And less salty which is a big plus to me. Quick and friendly service. Good amount of seats indoor. Plenty of parking spaces in the back of the plaza. Closed between 3pm and 4pm for their lunch so be sure to avoid those times. My fav dishes are their spring rolls with shrimp, Angel Thai wings, spicy eggplant with fried tofu, and crab fried rice. Prices were reasonable for what we ordered, 3 entrees, Thai iced tea (yum) and a dessert that was so good; mango sticky rice. One plate was enough for two. Spice was on point, and I only ordered a 3, ha ha. My favorite is the yellow curry, so much flavor in each spoonful. The order was to go, service was so helpful and thoughtful. I ordered food using their online ordering service. When I received my food it did not have what was listed on the website. I brought this to their attention and I was told that it doesn't come with it and the website is wrong. No offer of a remedy at all. Not only that but their website has a price $9.95 for the item, the in restaurant menu has $11.95 and the ordering app is $13.95 (I understand it's more via the app). She told me that that she did not make the website so.... Literally nothing beyond that. She gave me 2 options 1) Take the food without them offering anything or 2) Give her the food to throw away and contact the app company that they use for pick up orders. Now I'm on hold trying to get my money back because she ultimately took the food and walked away. I wasn't even looking for a full refund, just maybe a few $$ back since I was paying for more than what they gave me. I won't be going back because of how she handled this. False advertising and not willing to take responsibility for it at all. Terrible customer service. I used to work right near this restaurant and ordered from them all of the time. The food is good but I won't continue to frequent places that treat customers like that. read more

I'm sorry for the 2 stars, but I'll never come back. My husband & I were looking forward to trying this place for the first time. We got the Tom kha soup with chicken but the broth flavor wasn't that good, and there was barely any chicken it was overflowing with 95% mushrooms & 5% meat. Also ordered orange chicken, & it definitely wasn't fresh it tasted like 2-day old chicken that was reheated in the microwave. We also got the spicy Keemah noodles with beef. The noodles were the ONLY good thing but the plate had more veggies in it than anything else (barely any noodles or meat in there). I was so disappointed because we've tried so many Thai restaurants and this was the 1st time we don't finish the food. Came to angels yesterday, and the food was just not up to their "yelp review" standards, the orange chicken had a sponge like texture to it and it was doused in sauce. Honestly it tasted like the pre made Costco orange chicken that has been left out for a long time, also got a chicken ton kha and a ke ma noodles and both were just alright nothing special at all and very little noodle and overly packed with the vegetables. I've been coming here for years. YEARS! I'm not sure if they changed management or owners but The service is terrible now! I'm warning you DO NOT come here! I've been so understanding even when they weren't passing their health inspections. Today I called to order, they close at 9. They weren't answering the phone but when they finally did GINA said they weren't taking orders I asked her what time they closed and she said 9 so I said that's ok I'll head there. I drove there from tibbets (2min) and the door is locked. Gina is yelling at me from across the store telling me they're closed. I reminded me I just spoke to her on the phone. And she said "that's why I said we weren't taking orders" Well GINA why when I said I'll head there didn't you say you were closed? And then her yelling at me thru the door was the cherry on top! Also I'm watching her open the back door currently and service ppl. Not sure the reasoning. Customer service/food service isn't hard nor complicated. Gina needs better training or maybe a kitchen position where she isn't directly dealing with customers. I am very picky about Thai food but this was delicious. I ordered chicken gyoza and they were so crispy and flavorful. Their soy sauce pairs perfectly with them. The soy sauce is a great mix of sweet and savory. I also ordered chicken pad se ew at medium spice. The broccoli was super tender and the flavor was great. Medium is perfect spice because it was spicy but not overwhelming to where I couldn't finish it (i am not usually a spicy food eater hot sauce only).
