Of the three locations I've visited to date, it's clear that the menus vary, and this is definitely the smallest one. That's reflected in the constricted lobby that isn't suitable for dining in, despite a couple tables and chairs that remain unused by the hot line display. Additionally, the limited space effectively cuts the daily selection in half compared with the much restaurant on La Sierra. Sun faded illustrations of menu items on the west-facing wall are still legible, and a few customers in the crowded entryway were ordering made-to-order noodles and entrées. I, however, just wanted a standard two-item combination of orange chicken and jalapeño chicken with fried rice. Once my turn came it went quick and smooth. Fortunately, there are a few outside tables distributed for the customers of this and adjacent restaurants. I found the orange chicken to be crispy and dry. It was towards the end of the night, but still. A bit disappointed and I didn't eat it all. Their take on jalapeño chicken is actually pretty good. Spicy and a good sauce, which the rice soaked up. Summary: The price was fair for the quantity, but I think the limited space and corresponding reduced selection keeps interesting menu choices offered elsewhere to maybe one or two items, of which one display, didn't appeal. Mr. You is a chain. This one located in Riverside is indistinguishable. It said Chinese Food in big letters. It looks bigger on the outside than it actually is. There is no seating inside. It's take out only. At least the food is prepared and ready to go. Service is no nonsense. They want you in and out. They had a good steady stream of people coming in. One combo is 8.99 and you get rice and noodles with an entree. They pack it on! The value is fabulous. The orange chicken was crispy good. The teriyaki chicken was a bit chewy. I was feeling a bit under the weather so I really wanted soup. They had pho. It was not Pho. It was their take on it. I wasn't expecting flat noodles. The beef balls were OK. The sliced beef were not tender. The soup was decent. They give you all the fixings for pho like lime, bean sprouts and basil. They kept everything separate which was nice but they filled the soup all the way to the top. I had a ton of spillage. This has become our go-to when my husband feels under the weather. They make their soups FRESH upon order. The egg drop and hot & sour soups are among rotation during the winter here. The food here is great! It's definitely American Chinese food with a few American Thai options as well, but it's good quality with fresh crisp vegetables, tender meats, and nice sauces. Each dish tastes distinct, so you don't get the feeling that everything tastes the same. The ladies are nice, and they pack the to-go boxes FULL! There's no seating inside the store, but there are some nice tables with umbrellas outside if you want to stay and enjoy your meal. They always give plenty of napkins, soy sauce and sriracha packets, utensils, and fortune cookies without being asked. There's a good selection of canned drinks and a standard soda fountain. Even when they are busy, you can get in and out in 5 minutes. Two 3-item combos will feed 4 hungry adults no problem. There's a .45c service charge for paying with credit. read more

New owners? I've been going here at least once a month when I'm in town visiting my parents. About 8 or so months ago, I noticed all the original staff weren't there anymore and I just assumed they might've been on vacation or took a day off. I've gone back two more times now just to make sure because I used to love their food. Now, the orange chicken is no longer as crispy and flavorful as it used to be (it's beyond subpar now) and the rest of the other food options are rather bland. I was surprised to see poor reviews. My wife and I split a two-item combo, orange chicken and honey chicken along with white rice and noodles. We also added cream cheese wontons. We both thought everything was very good. The orange chicken was among the best I have had. The service was, well, not friendly or welcoming, that's for sure, but this isn't the type of place where you are getting table service. You order at the counter and then take it to go or eat in their dining area, so surly service isn't the end of the world.
