I asked a question regarding the cost of my fill. It's funny bc when I asked a question, the guy just yelled at me and said he charged me $45 for a fill (fill is $35) because two nails came off. (He took them off btw, all my nails were intact when I came in). I would understand if he put new acrylics in but he just used the powder to fill my nails! First time here, felt over priced on my pedicure, I asked for the HAPPY package with callus treatment. Which was a scam, he literally just scrub my feet for 3sec and only on heel, I asked to get my callous on side of my big toe, he lightly scrubbed and said put back in water. Didn't get a massag, he put lotion n rubbed for 4sec each leg I counted. And is not good on shaping square square on nails. Asked multiple times n still looked rounded but can be the little nail filer he was using. On my full set he left them bulky and thick. Will not be coming back read more

I've been coming to this salon for about seven years, and while I used to really love it here, the quality has gone downhill over time. I mainly get dip powder or Gel-X, and both have become consistently disappointing. The Gel-x sets never last. They break/ lift easily, and I've had to come back multiple times for repairs. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Even then, it feels like an inconvenience to them.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The Dip Powder i's often thick, uneven, and just not shaped well. The gel they use sometimes doesn't even cure correctly...it bubbles or lifts. During the process, the gel burns under the UV lamp, which makes me think they're either over-filing my nails until they're too thin or using the wrong lamp, which causes that heat spike. They also drill and sand so aggressively that I end up with "rings of fire." The only service that's consistently good is the pedicures. I genuinely enjoy those and wish the nail services matched that quality. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Whenever I've had to come in for a fix, they act annoyed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I've been made to wait 40 minutes or more...even for something quick all while they take walk-ins over existing clients.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After a while, it starts to feel like my loyalty as a long-term customer doesn't matter. The salon itself is cute inside, but the stations aren't very clean. The nail carts are cluttered, tools don't appear sterile, and something that really concerns me is the dip powder: they pour the excess back into the original container, which is definitely not sanitary. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I used to look forward to coming here, but lately I leave feeling uncomfortable or frustrated. Too many mistakes, a lack of care, and an uncomfortable attitude when I speak up.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I honestly feel bad even complaining, but after years of giving chances, it's clear things have changed. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, I was greeted with smiles and sat immediately. I was offered water and other beverages. Everyone was very sweet. Brian did my nails he cut down my shape, filed, filled and used gel. It was very quick. The shape was perfect and even. He was very sweet. I loved the environment. This places was great until they switched management. The two new owners don't really know much about acrylic, or painting nails correctly. The young lady (owner) did a horrific job on putting acrylics. Therefore, they had to be removed. The second time around the other owner (who is nicer) tried to do his best on applying polygel nails. He took his time shaped them nice but outcome wasn't good. Long story short, they turned out better than the acrylics but could have been better. The young man was nice enough to not charge me. I spend a total of four hours at this place. Save your time and go somewhere else if you want your nails to look nice. They do have great customer service. Dom, the older guy does good Acrylics but he is on "vacation". Hannah does good pedicures. Other than those two people nobody else does a good job at this place. In conclusion they need to invest in new nail technicians if they want their business to be successful. Just wanted to add ...I recently went to another nail shop to take these off and the technician told me I'm lucky I didn't get fungus because there was water going into my nails from this bad job. read more

December 8, 2021 first time to Lavender nails and what a delight! Lily is an expert manicurist, and there was another gentleman whose name I didn't catch. Between the two of them they gave me and my mom manicures and pedicures without a single problem. Clean locale, in an ugly little corner strip mall so don't let appearances deceive you! In particular Lily applied glitter layer 196 to my red 64 expertly and beautifully (which was really hard because the glitter flakes kept jumping around). My feet feel so relaxed and refreshed. Cut perfect and got my ingrowns out. Not many places have successfully got them like they did here. No more pain. My nails I'm loving them . I asked for them to be dipped and than gel polished for I have natural long nail's. They did it no problem. I got everything I asked for and so much more. Try the moisturizing treatment your hands and feet will thank you. I've tried other's and they always leave an oily feeling not this one. Came to this place for the first time since I'm not from the area. The staff greeted us very kindly! We sat down to get our nails done about 5 minutes after picking a color. I have trouble finding a good place to go to because I suffer from ingrown nails. Tina did my pedi and Hannah did my manicure. Hannah also fixed both of my big toes. It was painful but the pain is gone. Thank you HANNAH! They gave us complimentary water too. They have a package deal for a gel mani and regular pedi for $36 which is not bad at all.
